“i visited ego today with a group of 6 friends and we had a lovely time. From the moment we arrived,,the staff were welcoming, attentive and made us feel relaxed. everything ran smoothly and nothing was too much trouble The food was absolutely delicious- everyone at the table loved their dishes and portions were generous. Drinks were great, the atmosphere was lively without being too loud and service friendly and professional. We all said the same thing : we’d definitely come back. A perfect spot for get together with friends. Highly recommend.”

“We are so pleased with our bespoke kitchen from Clarendons. We initially tried a couple of other places for quotes and ideas but they just weren't right for us, having used Oliver years ago for some bedroom furniture we knew he was good but wrongly thought he'd be out of our price range now but his prices came out really competitive. Oliver is extremely thorough and gave us several ideas to improve the overall design (but was never pushy) his team work professionally and efficiently. And the communication throughout was fantastic (from completing a whole renovation something that is rare!) Highly recommend!”

But took a gamble after reading some old reviews and very glad I did. Chinese fresh and tasty and definitely worth a visit. The place is run by a Chinese family and feels like they care about what there selling to customers… how refreshing.”

I've popped in on a weekend without booking and they've very kindly found us a table, not that I'm recommending just rocking up unannounced of course, but they do go above and beyond to help you out. I'm sure you'll enjoy a nice quite meal here. Sunday lunch for four, with an alcoholic drink each £80'ish.”

“We came in off the chance late on a Saturday. The restaurant was so busy we thought we would be turned away. A little 5 minute wait in the bar and was shown to our table. Louise was looking after us, her service was great and we was well looked after all evening. The food was delicious, drinks was great. Not sure what more you could ask for!”

BONUS to a great chef and not forgetting staff who are easy going and cheerful , they create positive feeling at this lovely place. Nice clean enviroment. “We come here regularly, mostly for breakfast on a weekend, but we do also go for main meals as well. Breakfasts are like a buffet, but you order what/amount of items you want, rather than helping yourself, so food is also fresh & hot. Guys are lovely & we've got to know them all now, so always greeted by a friendly face. Can get busy on a weekend at breakfast time, especially after 8.30, so recommend booking a table. Meals off thr normal menus are really nice, as are the Sunday roast & prices are reasonable.”

“Not sure how this isn’t 5*s. Every single time it’s such a treat we look forward to getting a take out from here so much, it’s our go-to. My partner lives in Leeds and we have tried multiple kebab shops around there but honestly nothing compares! Always been clean, fresh and tasty thank you ☺️”
