“Went to our closest store at Edge Lane Liverpool for a new mattresses. We where met by Kelly who was so welcoming. I explained our needs as I have some health issues,straight away Kelly put me at ease. After finding out which mattress would suit us, Kelly pointed us in the right direction and made our purchase easy after trying out a few. Different storage options make very best use of the available space. Fitting went very smoothly and the guys made it look so easy but sure their skill provided all the finishing touches. “Fantastic Zizzi restaurant. Drinks were served quickly and allergies taken seriously - our young waitress was really friendly, inviting and she was a great server. For food, I had the Chianti Beef Ragu - absolutely deiclious. Great quality meat, red wine sauce was top notch and the pasta was smooth. Portion size needs to increase but other than that, it was spot on. Other party member had the goats cheese pizza - although it looks overwhelming, the bases is spread so thin, there isn't that much really. Tasty and would eat again. Defo recommend going - Zizzi seems accessible for all age groups and party sizes. Great location and nice views if you eat outside.”

“I contacted Paul when my oven was tripping the electric. The oven is only just over 2 years old and the appliance company we bought it from wouldn’t help. We’d had the fan replaced previously and so thought the issue was the same, as the noise it made before completely going last time had returned. However, Paul took time to ask questions and suggested I check what setting the issue was happening on, and run it on all the other settings too, to help identify the problem. Before he came out to look at the oven, we’d had numerous phone calls and emails to see if I could avoid the additional cost of having him attend to diagnose the issue by talking through it together. From these calls, Paul suggested the problem was not the fan as had been previously diagnosed and supposedly fixed, but the heating element around the fan. My oven is an import so sourcing the part also proved challenging. However, Paul took the time to research and found a supplier. It was delivered quite quickly, and Paul arranged to fit it the following day. We really couldn’t ask for better service. My oven now works with no issues and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Paul’s services again for any other appliance issues we may have. Highly recommended!”

“Excellent service from these guys yesterday. Called in to see if they could repair a puncture on my van that I had just picked up around the corner. You could hear the air hissing out of the tyre. They repaired it straight away despite already being busy with other vehicle repairs. They had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I would 100% recommend this garage. Polite, friendly & professional. What more could you ask for?”

“I had heard about the tea room from others so decided to take my mother for afternoon tea today. It was absolutely fantastic and we were both trying really hard not to gobble everything down to get on to the next treat. We savoured the sandwiches, the numerous small cakes and then the scone. The whole atmosphere was welcoming and we were not rushed in any way by the friendly staff. Would definitely visit again and great value for money. I also loved the mango and passion fruit green tea.
