Well organised and efficient, all staff i came into contact with were professional and polite. Waiting time was acceptable, one should accept that this a busy A and E dealing with hundreds of walk in patients . Patience is the watch word . To me the wait is more than acceptable when considering the high work load . I was admitted as an in patient firstly to Majors ward and then to ward 32 . Throughout my stay i was impressed by the professional and polite attitude by all members of staff i came into contact with and the high standards of care. I found the ward very clean and well maintained a credit to all. A vast improvement from the last time i had cause to visit the hospital as a patient several years ago Peter veevers”
