“Heidi is great at what she does, booked and organised a fabulous trip to Barcelona for my birthday and it was amazing! The attention to detail from start to finish was impeccable. We were greeted on arrival with a lovely bottle of bubbly, wouldn’t choose anyone else to book with! She also booked an amazing action packed tour to Finland 4 days in February this year which was so well organised so no stress and took the pressure off us! From snowmobiling to seeing the incredible northern lights! You couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Would highly recommend x”

“Just had three relaxing nights here and I cant begin to tell you how FANTASTIC this place is. Pauline is an amazing host, friendly and welcoming from booking onwards, nothing is too much trouble. Barford House is ideally situated just the right walking distance from all attractions on the seafront, and perfect for Lord Street and all its shops/cafés and Restaurants. The station is a quick 15/20 min walk away making access to Liverpool easy and not at all expensive. The accommodation itself was immaculately clean, spacious, well equipped and in a quiet area of the town. You'd need to take your own towels and tea towels but that is no hardship at all!! To sum up, if you are wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life then Barford House is the perfect place for you !.”

“I love this place! The location is great, right in the heart of town and multiple options for shopping and food nearby. I’m in a studio room by myself. Although this hotel is in the busy part of town, because the windows are triple glazed it is very quiet in the rooms. It is small but very well equipped with a big fridge and cooking facilities. Complete set of pans and dishes, which is great for eating leftovers. . There is plenty of storage and hanging space. The air conditioner works great as it’s pretty warm at the moment. I had breakfast for the first time and it was really good. Nice cooked breakfast with cereals, fruits, selection of cheeses and meats. The staff here are very helpful and friendly! I liked this place so much that I booked a return trip here in a few months!”

“Stayed for one night as a party of four dropping off a niece to university. Where to start….. fantastic value for money. It’s a hidden gem for the price. We met Laura on reception and Sam who works in the office, these two girls were the most welcoming, down to earth girls we have ever met working in hospitality. They made us feel right at home and took the time to answer all our questions and gave us great advice and tips for our stay in Liverpool. Blew away by their friendliness, they both made our day and because of the whole experience staying here, we cannot wait to come back again. Thank you girls, yous are diamonds. Left the premier suites with a hug from both….. cannot rate highly enough.”

“If you are considering The Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia , Gran Canaria, , just book it and go ! This is an exceptional hotel in all areas. It’s very difficult to find fault, probably one of the best hotels we’ve ever visited, and we’ve been to quite a few over our many years.”

“My first time visiting for an 80th birthday party the other day, we had a lovely time. The food was very good, and the service was friendly, accomodating and amazing all-round . Our server, Jackie, went above and beyond for everyone there and she was absolutely fab. The chocolate orange martini also went down a treat as well!”

From check-in to drinks in the bar and breakfast the following morning, every member of staff was lovely, friendly, and genuinely approachable. “I stayed here for two nights and the experience was genuinely solid. Great and varied breakfast options, an excellent central location, and very comfortable beds made the stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d also like to highlight the team — Sergio at the reception was extremely helpful and professional, Rafael in the restaurant brought a lot of positive energy, and Dawid rounded off the stay perfectly with a friendly conversation. “The staff are all very friendly, quiz night on Mondays is good fun. I have stayed 3 times for work over the last 3 months, the food is good, the rooms are clean & comfortable. Room 4 has a fabulous view. It's easy to park & Joe, a lovely chap who comes in every Monday night, has told me all about the history of the place. I'll be back next month. A little hidden gem”

“Wonderful staff, clean rooms and amazing location. At the reception, Natalia was so lovely and we felt welcomed. The atmosphere by the restaurant and lobby is great too. We came here with our puppy and had the more comfortable stay with great views of the docks. Some Hilton hotels can be a hit and a miss, but the service here really makes this is a hit. This will become our go-to everytime we’re in Liverpool!”

“I spent 4 weeks at the Travelodge, Strand whilst working in Liverpool recently . The rooms are exceptionally quiet, the staff here are super friendly and breakfast is excellent with a great view of Royal Albert Dock just opposite. Liverpool One Shopping Centre is close by and parking in Q park one is discounted - you need to pre book your days and you can come in and out of the car park when you want , just park on the 3rd floor near the shopmobility end and then you are at street level to walk to the hotel. Food menu in the evening has a good range of choice. I definitely would book here again.”

“Great well priced hotel right opposite Albert Dock. Short walk to Liverpool Onene shops. Great helpful staff. Restaurant evening meals and breafast good value fpr money. Short walk to James Streer station and bus station very close by for Airport. Best shower in any hotel in the world!”

“Easy check in with Julie who was very helpful regarding taxi for the morning to the races. Room was spotlessly clean, small but modern. Bathroom was spotless, nice shower and towels. Free parking was ideal, few shops and plenty off fast food places. Added bonus for us was a Starbucks over the rd 0.6 miles from our room. Multi plex cinema and I noticed a Bingo hall if that's something you like. Very friendly little hotel, Julie available on reception and nothing seemed to much trouble”

“An older Travelodge, but still a very good one. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Check in staff friendly and helpful, even offered to help me carry my stuff upstairs as there was no lift. Had a great sleep and the shower was good. Free car park on site too”
