“We have now been members for 5 months and thought it was a good time for a recap. Sam got us set up when we first joined and regularly checks in on us to see how we are doing, couldnt be more happy with the customer service at David Llyod. We recently moved over from the US where we belonged to Lifetime which is the equivalent to David Llyod. The gym for me has all the equipment I need and the spa hands down beats Lifetimes spa amenities by a mile, one thing David Llyod lacks compares to Lifetime are amenities like small gym towels and things in the locker room like for showering like razors, shaving cream, cotton buds, deodorant . For the kids the additional classes like swimming and tennis (at Woking) are really good value and the kids love their instructors. My daughter just moved from level 3 to 4 and wouldnt move classes unless she got the same instructor Jess. I also love that the outdoor pool stays open in the winter. In NY they close the outdoor pool in September. The cafe is great too, the food is good with plenty of space to relax and work. The kids loving having dinner at david llyod after swim lessons and the quality and value for the kids meal are really good, it has become a weekly treat for them. Overall we couldnt be more happy with David Llyods in Weybridge. Highly recommend!”

“Went here for an mri, lots of parking available I went on a Sunday. Parking is free but u have to park in the spaces allocated to prime - see photos the spaces are clearly labelled the company they are allocated to. Great service from the team that looked after me. I had an mri on my leg & knee & I didn't have to remove my jeans just my jewellery, watch & trainers. Each mri takes 20 mins. They give u head phones to listen to radio station of your choice. I found the mri machine made a bit of noise throughout as expected but not as loud as the nhs mri I had in previous years. I didn't have to wait & was seen straight away. I had 2 x mri's done which took 40 mins & was out & back in car 45 mins after I'd arrived. I was also given a disc copy of my mri afterwards. Great service”

My friend was very pleased with the area reserved for us right next to the dance floor the bar staff were very friendly and the staff were always checking to see if everything was ok even down to the security who were very chatty and polite. All the hotel team are courteous and very helpful, they certainly made our day go so well. All our guests have said they had a fantastic day. The wedding breakfast was well cooked and presented beautifully. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't have a vast wedding budget. Ceremony room looked lovely, as did the dining tables. The hotel is so convenient to the town centre for anyone staying. Beds are comfy, although a little hot if you are in a non aircon room. That was the only tinsy downside, everything else was perfect, thank you Ship Hotel !”

We could see the store was very busy at the end of a long day and he still took the time to help us when we needed it, despite it not being something they can usually help with in store. The staff deserve more support and a better working environment, it seemed understaffed for a busy Christmas period and there didn’t seem to be much help or managerial support for them.”
