“It’s a great place to workout. I believe that there is everything you need and at a very good price. The staff is super friendly and nice! They are always available to spear tips about how to improve your workout as well as a nice chat. I have been attending this gym for over 5 years now and I am still very happy about it. Totally recommend it!”
“I've had bad experiences with some Caribbean food, but the visit to Egi's altered my perception. My cousin recommended that I visit if I'm ever nearby. We placed our order over the phone 30mins to arrival. The food was handed to us within 2mins. Went home to give it a try and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the portion and the food was superb. The grilled chicken and pork ribs with the rice and peas was great. Loved it and I will be back for more.”
“A lovely little coffee shop to stop by for your coffee before a walk to Marble Hill, their coffee is absolutely excellent.”
“Excellent local gym with all the equipment I need to effectively train. Friendly staff with Chris in the gym a star, always so welcoming and offers great advice. Been a member since it opened. 3G pitches for football also very good.”
“What a great little Bar. Sandy was a real hoot behind the bar and we were even privileged enough to meet the owner Tony who was a real down to earth chap. Next time we are in the area we will be visiting.”
“I absolutely cannot fault this new coffee shop! It is in a perfect location for my short commute to work, as well as when I need a weekend pick me up. Very catering towards my particular coffee order, really friendly staff and a really cool vibe in the inside. Definitely recommend to all”
“Jumble Sale Very Nice People serving, and in Cafe were Lovely !!”
“Freshest chicken I've had. Their food is so good, that I cannot tolerate other chicken shops now. Peri peri rice is nice. They listen well. You must never close!”
“Big fan of this place. Always friendly and they make great bubble tea. They also recently renovated and have a great and wide selection of food, drinks, crockery etc. definitely worth a visit.”
“GetLiving is really helpful and response quickly. Anire helped me secure the flat smoothly in a week.”
“Excellent pub/resturant if a little tricky to find (Google maps didn't quite get it right, hopefully better as I altered the pin). Lovely riverside location, great food and good staff. We eat in the restaurant and moved to the terrace for dessert. Portions were just right for us. They had a singer followed by a band down on the riverside so some nice live music to enjoy.”
“Lovely little pub in a lovely location and the beer isn’t bad either!”
“Very nice place. Great atmosphere and Jennifer’s service was outstanding. The food was very delicious and carefully made. Very nice cocktails too.”
“Bon Bon Coffee is such a lovely spot — the coffee is amazing every time, and they have every milk option you could possibly want! The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is really relaxed. A perfect place to grab your morning coffee or sit and unwind.”
“I love this place! Hassan and Cecilia are great hosts, you are always greeted with a genuine and warm welcome, plenty of food options at reasonable prices. I just heard they will be giving up the business at the end of this week as the landlady is being difficult and will not renew their lease, she is turning the place into flats. All about greed! This will be a massive knock for the local community and I personally will miss coming here for my much, and of course Hassan and Cecilia will be sorely missed. Thanks for all the years!”
“Had the privilege of being served by Trent and Matthew in the restaurant. Delicious food, fast service and gorgeous venue. Highly recommend for a small night out or a dinner for large groups.”
“First time visiting with my friends and will definitely be back! Food was lovely and a very welcoming atmosphere, a special thank you to Clio who served us and was amazing! So glad I found this gem!”
“Very nice standard of rooms, large and clean. Very quiet, especially in inside rooms away from the road. Breakfast was good but as it wasn't busy it was sat under the heaters waiting so didn't feel as fresh as it could have. Bus stop outside or a 10 min walk to the Tube. Staff were pleasant and I will certainly stay again. Good value at the time of booking as had an offer on.”
“Great new pickleball courts at Park Sports Chiswick! We felt like pickleball pros. Very friendly staff at a lovely tennis and pickleball centre in leafy Chiswick. Plenty of parking too, if you need it. Then wander the grounds of beautiful Chiswick House after your game.”
“Great coffee, with a little latte heart! Adore the bagels they have and the staff are so sweet and offered to remake my bagel without cheese (allergy to milk). Would recommend, very dog friendly too - even have treats on sale !”
“The Maqam Centre is a fantastic hub for wellness, learning, and community. The swimming facilities are spotless and well-organized, and the swimming lessons are exceptional—professional, patient instructors who build confidence in both kids and adults. The yoga and Pilates classes are outstanding. Each session is led by experienced, attentive instructors who create an inclusive and calming environment for all levels. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, you’ll leave every class feeling balanced, stretched, and restored. This isn’t just a centre—it’s a sanctuary for body, mind, and spirit. Highly recommended!”
“Attended pub to attend a birthday party, very pleasant evening, great atmosphere, live music entertainment, a fantastic evening”
“Great traditional pub in a lovely area of the city. Staff are super friendly and while it’s not the largest or most spacious of bars it offers a good range of drinks at sensible prices. Plenty to admire in the decor and a nice atmosphere - one of the best pubs in the area!”
“Food was excellent and cost atmosphere - just what you want in winter after a lovely walk in the Heath! Friendly service - slightly slower than expected but may have been some staffing issues that day.”
“This is such a charming little pub, with a lovely beer garden and a terrace overlooking the canal. It’s a really pleasant spot to spend time with friends — a hidden gem, especially since places like this are quite rare around here. They offer a great selection of drinks, from beers and cocktails to non-alcoholic options, and the food is genuinely delicious. The atmosphere feels warm and relaxed, perfect for an afternoon drink, a casual evening out or a date.”
“We decided to have a late Summer gathering and were a number of 10. I booked online but rang The Eagle to discuss as wasn’t sure what the weather would be and how best to accommodate our number. I was helped by a very nice member of staff with my booking and gave the returnable deposit. We were given an outside Shack which was nice to have drinks in but moved to another table with benches to eat as it was a more suitable height. Most of us had the Sunday Lunch which had a variety of veg and we could have more Yorkshires or gravy if we wanted. It was very nice having table Service and not having to go to the bar to buy drinks. We paid individually so weren’t presented with one large bill trying to differ up at the end, which helped in a large party. The Eagle wasn’t particularly busy on this particular Sunday afternoon -I have seen their garden rammed before and I wonder if it had been busier we would have had such bespoke service. The only downside was two choices of red wine a Malbec and a Pinot Noir were not available. But all the staff encountered were extremely welcoming and polite and the garden is a delight.”
“A breath of fresh air for the Hampstead / Belsize area. While so many nearby pubs seem desperate to be seen as “gastro” — overpriced menus, forced décor and an air of self-importance — this place keeps it simple and gets it right. Relaxed atmosphere, proper prices, live football and genuinely lovely staff. It remembers what a pub is meant to be.”
“Authentic Brazilian food!!! Love this place, have been a couple time and every time I wanna go back again, food is delicious.”
“Large local pub with a lot of history (the whole area, "The Blue" us named after it). A good selection of beers and friendly staff. The pub was completely shuttered all over covid and I was worried that it would close forever, but it's back now under new ownership. It's clearly a good place for watching sport.”
