“Probably the only authentic Tex-Mex in West London, if not London. It's a small restaurant that has become very popular. The food is top quality. Make sure to try their queso, the best I had in the UK! Unlike typical UK restaurants, they have generous Texas sized portions. For £6.99 you get a cup full of queso (not a ramekin like elsewhere). You'll wish you went for the bowl of queso at £13.99, nothing worse than running out of cheese sauce! Both come with their home fried tortilla chips. Taco Tuesday is a great time to sample their choice of tacos. Fajitas and burritos are excellent, and the chilli is great. They have a great choice of cocktails. In true Texas fashion, they have an extensive range of tequilas and mezcal. Definitely worth a visit!”

“What a lovely place. Was passing by and was looking for a place to eat, and was blown away by how good this place is. Will definitely come back here again. Hidden away from the Main Street, it’s easy to miss, but has the most widest menu, and just delicious items that you want order all of them. We had the scallops carpaccio which was absolutely amazing and we had Yakitori Don which was very good too. Highly recommend and will be back here for more.”

“This was our first visit and it was wonderful. As a family we were looking for a special place to celebrate my husband's birthday and as it turned out also my daughter's uni result. Maddy looked after us beautifully and a big shout out for her, as my daughter is coeliac and when she asked Maddy to take a photo using her phone Maddy washed her hands first as she'd just been handling bread. My daughter was so touched by her thoughtfulness. Also she was taken through the menu and advised what she could and couldn't eat - there were plenty of options to choose from. Then when we enjoyed bread and butter at the start, they brought a separate butter and specially cooked gluten free bread for my daughter. It just made the whole evening so enjoyable and relaxing for everyone. Then a quiet word with Maddy and a candle was placed on the choc pot and madeleines that we ordered for dessert for my husband so we could sing him happy birthday. The food was extremely high quality. I believe the snails were exceptional. But not one of us was left disappointed by anything we chose. The menu is very French and my husband is already plotting his return with a friend of his. Thank you to the team for making it a really special evening and delicious too!”

“Mohammed was incredibly nice and customised my order appropriately to fulfil my wants for both rice and chips. The lamb here was wonderful with generous portions and worth the price. There were even more delicious looking skewers of meat grilled up fresh that I would love to try.”

“Wow - we had the most gorgeous evening at Dulwich Lyceum - a must try if you’re ever in South London or London for that matter!!! We went for the tasting menu and it was worth every penny. From Jersey Blue Oysters, Cod Crouettes, grilled tiger prawns, pumpkin risotto and homemade ravioli it was truly hard to pick a favourite. The service was attentive and informative, and the atmosphere was also fab. There are plenty of interesting and gorgeous wines to choose from - we went with the Nykteri, which paired beautifully with the food. A stand out evening and we will definitely be coming back x”

“Went here for coffee and breakfast. The coffee was delicious and made extremely fast. Service was also really quick and friendly. Had the plant based bap with an egg added which was also made rapidly and cooked to perfection- the chutney in it was really good! The decor was cool too. They do a nice scheme where you can pay forward a free hot drink to a customer and other customers can help themselves. A nice idea. Overall really well done to this place, they’ve got a good thing going and I’ll certainly be back for more”

“We were a group having lunch before a funeral at the crematorium. We were welcomed so genuinely by Lou who I assume runs the pub. Gorgeous outdoor seating area and the flowers are so well looked after. Lunch was simple but delicious which suited us perfectly. I’d highly recommend here and it’s a shame we don’t live close by.”

“Superb pizzas that have a fluffy and flavoursome base combined with fresh toppings to make a pizza good enough to rival top Italian ones. SDC is my top places to go to for high quality pizza. Also the triamasu is delicious if you have the space for it! Nice atmosphere and decor. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I even spoke to one of the owners who was a super friendly and hard working chap.”

“Superb first class service from Jason the manager at furniture village, Orpington store. Right from discussing what we would like and ideas to his effort and friendliness was above and beyond. We spent a considerable amount of money from a new sofa to dining table to new bed and Jason was there every step of the way, helping and guiding. Couldn’t praise this person enough!”

“This hotel was amazing! The staff is SO kind, they do complimentary wine and cheese 5-8pm on Tues and Sat, and it's down an alley so it's absurdly quiet to be in the heart of the West End. Their bath towels are HUGE (which is a plus for me) and the rooms are clean and well appointed. It's surrounded by so many restaurant and shopping and entertainment options including the Aldelphi and Vaudeville theaters. For a super unique cocktail bar check out Mr. Fogg's around the corner. I would 100% come back and stay at any Z Hotel property.”

Came here a few times already and would definitely come back again. Prices are great & affordable. It gets very busy tho so best to book ahead or you might have to wait a while. “What a great place. The decor is really Good and well set out. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Great place for a drink with some amazing cocktails. And good wine selection. The food was really good. I had seafood risotto and my wife the mushroom truffle risotto. Next time, I have to try the steaks. My daughter had kids' pasta, which was really tasty. You could easily spend a whole evening in this amazing venue.”

“Exceptional Moroccan BBQ, i have to mention the bbq cauliflower before anything else - it is incredible, you must get it! I enjoyed the lamb main too but personally found it too fatty at points, but incredibly soft and tender A massive shout out to Finn, Ash and Charlie who looked after my solo dine. They were attentive, talkative and quick to help me out!”

“Good food, big portions and cute setting. If you want tiny overpriced small plates this isn’t for you. We all ate vegetarian and loved the choice. Freshly made and tasty, the mucvar was my favourite.”

“We had a gathering of around 20 people for our gym team Christmas dinner. The service from arrival was spot on. We were shown were to go. We had a champagne Reception and canapés that were absolutely amazing. Beautiful variety and taste wash lush. We then had a three course meal booked. In-between those meals were were spoiled with additonal treats also made by Chef Andrew and his team! Food was exsquisite from the starter right to the desert. The service from Chef Andrew who even checked in to make sure all was ok was really professional. We all felt special. I would highly recommend using this hotel for their food services. Small to large gathering like weddings. Thanks again Andrew and Team for a fantastic Christmas dinner treat! Tasha”
