“My little boy loves this nursery, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and it's a lovely spacious environment. He comes home every week having learnt so many new things, they have lots of fun, change up the activities all the time and generally encourage him to be his best self. The Manager is very helpful, friendly and responsive and it will genuinely be a shame to leave when he goes to school! Added bonus - there's a carpark!”

“We have been delighted with the care provided for our son at Little Bears and we feel very lucky that he attends. Despite being in the middle of a pandemic, the staff did a wonderful job to arrange settling in when he was six months old. We were able to observe him during sessions over a two week period before he attended for full days on his own. It is fantastic that milk, food and nappies are all included because it means there is no hassle in the morning or at the end of the day. The staff are so loving and arrange lots of activities to keep the children busy. They are committed to supporting our son's development and helped us to wean him, when he wouldn't eat food at home and are now trying really hard to practise his walking. We love the crafts he comes home with and the fun themed days that feature every month. The updates via an app are fantastic, it's great when I'm at work and an update or a photo of my baby in action pops up on my phone. We really couldn't ask for more!”

I am so pleased with all the staff members at the reception, the Dr and the physio. They are very professional people. They assisted me with all that I and my children needed. Explained every aspect of the care and involved me and the children in every decision in care planning for my children, on both occasions. They were calm and very patient with my children. They answered all my and my children's questions.. I found them to be very humble and respectful towards our needs. I knew exactly what i was looking for when searching for childcare for my son, I have found that at Kidz village.When I drop my son off I have peace of mind and know he is well cared for. It really is a second home. The food provided is great quality, my son gladly has extra portions. Activies are varied and provide great learning experiences. Communication with the owner has been seamless, from my initial enquiries when registering to updates on my sons progress. All staff are polite and well informed and give great advice. “What a fantastic holiday club, my kids absolutely loved it, the main thing is the staff are amazing really caring and thoughtful to every child. I asked the manager if I could watch a session and he couldn't have been more inviting, I was blown away with how organised everything was and every child had a smiles on their faces. I had no problem leaving all my 3 kids I have been to quite a few holiday clubs and this one is easily the best in the area. I strongly recommend funny feet if you need somewhere for the children, they will not only have a wonderful time with all the activities but also be in safe hand with the Incredible team behind Funny Feet.”

It means I don’t have to buy extra crockery, picnic rugs, cushions etc, and find somewhere to store it all, just for parties - or worse, buy disposable stuff! “I’ve had conversations on the phone and in person with a number of different staff since my daughter has started full time in Nov 2024. I have been really impressed with them all and the quality of communication I’ve received. It’s always so hard leaving your baby with strangers and I speak from experience of 3 different well-established nurseries (2 of which were rated Outstanding by Ofsted) that my elder child had been at. The experience so far with Boys & Girls Croxley has been really good. The updates via the Blossom app are prompt throughout the day helping me keep up with my daughter’s experience and reassuring me about her wellbeing. The photos and well thought-out daily activities cover a real breadth of topics and developmental opportunities and I’m seeing the positive changes in her as a result. When she has been unfortunate enough to have little accidents or difficulty falling asleep or being upset, the staff have kept me informed and personalised their response to her by calling and making me aware of all the things they have tried and asking if there is anything else they might be able to do to help her feel more comfortable. She has settled in really well and I would highly recommend this nursery to Others based on my experience so far.”

“Les Chatons is simply a wonderful nursery -- we couldn't ask for a better place to send our 3 year old. She has been attending Les Chatons for over a year and in that time has developed in so many aspects, not least in her grasp of French and Spanish. Our daughter absolutely loves the wonderful teachers and her time there, so much so that she has asked me to increase the number of days that she attends. Marie-Laurence impressed us from our first meeting with her when we were looking at different nurseries. She clearly has a deep knowledge of early education and has done an amazing job at combining skills development with a warm, caring and fun environment that allows plenty of space for kids to be kids. Les Chatons also stands apart in how flexible they are in accommodating different schedules and how well they communicate with us as parents, both on a daily basis and with termly progress reports and meetings. I cannot say enough good things about Les Chatons -- we, and importantly, our daughter, absolutely love the nursery and staff and will be very sad to move on!
