On Friday morning she phone WTS and she was told to bring the car in and they'd have a look. By lunchtime the fault had been identified and it was fixed by 3pm . This garage provides excellent service and treat their customers very fairly. Highly recommended.”

“I went to The Princess Head for a Sunday roast, mainly because it was featured in the American TV series Ted Lasso, and I’ve been exploring the hidden gems of London lately. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from the food since touristy spots can be hit or miss, but wow… it completely blew me away. We ordered both the chicken roast and the lamb roast. Both were delicious, though slightly on the expensive side. I had the lamb roast, and it was beyond words; beautifully tender, literally falling off the bone, with rich, velvety gravy, golden roast potatoes cooked to perfection, and creamy cauliflower cheese that tied everything together. The chicken roast was fantastic too, but the lamb was definitely the star of the show. The ambience was warm and inviting, full of charm, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. You’ll spot quite a few American tourists enjoying the vibe, which adds to the lively, welcoming feel of the place. To top it off, the pub sits right opposite a beautiful little park, and the surrounding street has that quintessential English charm, dotted with small shops selling things related to the show. All in all, it’s the kind of spot that makes you fall in love with London all over again, a true gem I’d highly recommend! ✨”

“I had an issue with insufficient address details on my parcel which unfortunately resulted in “return to sender” stated on my tracking information. I called Royal Mail customer service line and was given advice to attend the sorting office (even though closed to the public until the morning) with the hope of stopping the despatch back to its origin, which was looking likely later on today. With panic, I headed down there to be greeted by a polite and calm gentleman called Raphael. I then was put in touch with Jason who was so helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating in finding my parcel, with the help of Mandy who was also glad to be of assistance, who pulled away from her other work duty at the time. All of them having a smile and cheerful disposition throughout, making me feel I wasn’t a nuisance. My parcel was found, my ID given and I was a very happy and satisfied customer. “This place is definitely worth a visit for a day in London! The different plant houses are awesome, and I love that it’s a part of history! Absolutely beautiful. Parking was pretty easy in the neighborhood across from the entrances if needed. There are multiple places to rest and grab food throughout the grounds. And wear your walking shoes! The grounds are rather large.”
