“Stopped here for a bite to eat while waiting for my flight, honestly, I'm pretty shocked at the low review of this place, it was pretty good! I decided to get the meat pie of the day which was a steak pie and it came with gravy, mashed potatoes and heated greens. For an airport, I don't know what more you could ask for. Sure, it was pricy, loud, and busy, but it's an airport. If you're here looking for a luxury quant experience I suggest touching grass instead.”

An old man was just staring at me from his pint of I assume some guest ale, then averted his gaze when I stared back. “The peak of cinema experiences. If you haven't experienced something like this before you will be amazed at the size of the cinema rooms. Massive would be an understatement. The lobby area is very spacious though they can do with faster service at times. There are no prices displayed anywhere at the counters which I find insane. You have to ask the staff how much every single thing costs to be able to make a choice. And post COVID-19 inflation has really had an impact and made cinema experiences quite pricey but that is not a VUE issue. One thing I really don't like is that you have to pick your seats with different seats having different pricing. That's a bit too much money milking for me. I would prefer they just had the lowest price and seats was first come first serve like it has always been. I paid for seating at the back and ended up in a basically empty room and couldn't help feeling like I should have just paid for the cheapest seats and just sat anywhere I wanted since the room was empty. One advantage of this particular location is that it is situated within a retail park so you can park for free, as opposed to other VUE locations that are within malls work paid parking.”

“I stayed here for 3 days and really enjoyed it. It started off well with super accommodating luggage storage and the front desk people were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and modern with nice and convenient touches plus daily housekeeping kept it fresh. The shower/bath was lovely too. The location was also nice as well with Kensington High St a short walk away with shops, cafes, restaurants and a tube station. I would for sure stay there again next time I’m in London.”

“I stumbled upon Mimi’s Kitchen Eat-In and Takeaway for a late lunch, and I’m so glad I did. The food selection was impressive—fresh, well displayed, and ready to go. I had the Jollof rice (absolutely divine) and the “fish platter”, which was perfectly seasoned and sweet, tender plantain. I also tried a bit of my friend’s moinmoin and it was DELICIOUS. (I literally want it right now.) The customer service was lovely too—the server was kind & mindful when my friend asked if the Jollof and moinmoin had been cooked with any meat, as she’s veggie. It’s always appreciated when staff are considerate about dietary requirements. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to make the drink options and their prices a little easier to view—it would make adding a drink to your meal a bit more effortless. But honestly, that’s the only (tiny) thing. All in all, a perfect lunch find!”
