“Such a professional and thorough service as ever from the specialists at the London Diagnostic Centre. I had a consultation with Dr Sonia Dudeja who specialises in menopause and perimenopause care. She helped explain and normalise my symptoms and she also addressed the topic in a really holistic way by talking about lifestyle, stress, time of life etc. She talked about other women’s experiences and the different ways women can choose to manage symptoms, which was incredibly informative and helped set me at ease. I would definitely recommend her service and feel a lot better informed and enabled as a result. Thank you Dr Sonia!”

After going to 4 garages (one who tried fixing by replacing some sensors and then referring me to an auto electrician that said theres nothing wrong with my electrics, and then seeing someone else who diagnosed and dissappeard and another garage that eneded up calling me saying i need to go to mercedes) I took a friend's referral to trust this garage and they have fixed my car! So happy. Beyond words on how happy I am! I can feel the difference instantly. I had a few issues and they have resolved them all. “A huge shout out to Dave at B & D Tyres, Collier Row. I've been a customer of theirs for decades but today has probably been the best customer service I have received to date. My car needed a couple of bits sorted for it's M.O.T and armed with pictures, took it to a garage someone pointed me in the direction of. Without even looking at the pictures I took, they tried telling me I needed a complete new part, when all I needed was a clip. The guy was pushy & constantly cutting me off when I tried to speak. I said I'd let him know & headed to B & D for a new tyre. We got chatting and I showed Dave the pictures. He agreed that the garage was talking pony. He said if I left the car with him for a bit, he'd sort it & give me a call. An hour later, he rang and said it was all done. Not only did Dave & his team sort everything, they had then driven the car back to the test centre for it's retest and sorted that too. I was speechless. Dave made my day. He didn't need to do all that, that's not his job but I tell you what, that level of service is exactly WHY I have been a customer of theirs for decades. THANKYOU B & D! And thank YOU, Dave!”

“Ray serviced and MOT’d my ten year-old Audi. He has an exceptional customer service mentality and was a genuine pleasure to deal with. He was also very honest. For example, he identified an issue with the battery and insisted on testing it in front of me to show the fault, despite my insistence that I believed him (it was going flat on a weekly basis). He clearly takes pride in running an honest business with a long heritage. I would recommend his garage very highly.”
