We were a little bit early but she greeted us with a huge smile and swiftly went through the checking in process. We had a quick pint before going to the room. Sanjeev served us our drinks. He was a real highlight too.”

Clean rooms, very polite and helpful staff, many options to chose from for breakfast and for me who is a coffee lover I really appreciated the coffee machine they had that provided multiple types of coffee. They location is both good and bad. It's next to the train station which on the one hand is really helpful especially if you're a foreigner like us but there's a bit of noise from the trains, nothing major though, we booked a second night in the end. I'd definitely book again. Parking was limited but isn't a problem if you don't have one”

“Fantastic hotel in a quaint part of London. Was surprised to see that there we many restaurants around and a large variety of shops. Also, Andreina at the front desk was absolutely fantastic in helping us ensure that we had everything we needed for our stay. She was very accommodating and understanding of our travel requirements. Would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Just checked in earlier tonight - here for a week. Love that I can use points to cover a large part of my costs so that this trip is affordable. Rooms: nice room, easy to access internet, TV works well with lots of channel options. Iron and hair dryer included. Plenty of towels. A nice welcome letter as a platinum status card member. Only bad thing is the heat was on and stifling in the room--quickly turned it all off and opened the window to make a comfortable temperature. It really isn't that cold out to have the heat on. Could use a larger suitcase table or a second one for the carry ons we all have. Service: staff super friendly and nice. Big smiles on their faces when I checked in and came down later with questions. Location: it is close to Hammersmith Tube Station. Problem is bad signage - you can't find it! You'll see a big sign a few feet down a side street - it needs an arrow - you need to go down the side street to the hotel otherwise you'll walk right by it like I did. It is on the side street where the Subway--between the Lebanese Organic grocer and Subway.”

“Extremely impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the service. I was allowed an early check in and a bump up to a slightly bigger room which was spotless! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were pleasant and professional. I would stay here again if I was to visit London as this is out the way of the main city but close enough to a station to travel in quickly.”

“We were so impressed of the staff, the reception lady checked us in early. The breakfast is amazing, overall the foods are so fresh and delicious. Adela was so kind to assist us about collecting our car from nearby mall where we parked. The hotel has a strategic location, it’s surrounded with good restaurants. “Really enjoyed our breakfast here! There was a great variety of fresh food, and the buffet was always well-stocked. The pastries were warm, fresh, and looked amazing. It’s a very family-friendly place too — there’s a little toy area for kids in the restaurant, which was a nice touch. Our table was downstairs, and we found a cozy little reading corner tucked away with lots of books. It made the whole space feel extra inviting. The staff were all really friendly and polite, and everything just felt well taken care of. Would definitely come back!”

“I stayed one night at IBIS London Stratford. The room was simple (plastic feel, no fridge, and not the best heating), but the stay was really great thanks to the staff! Sagar was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone in the morning was smiling and kind, which made my day start in such a positive way. I also loved the free lemon and mint water they prepared—it was so refreshing! They even taught me how to make it at home. I’d definitely come back for the people and atmosphere!”

“I recently stayed two nights at Ibis London Excel Docklands while attending a business event at Excel London and I had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the venue, which made attending the event very convenient. The team was friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The hotel itself felt cosy and comfortable with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially loved the breathtaking view from my room, it really added a special touch to the experience. “Vue Cinema London delivered a solid overall experience when I went yesterday to watch Dhurandhar. Booking was straightforward, and getting in was quick with clear signage and staff on hand if needed. The screen and sound were strong throughout the film, and the picture quality stayed sharp with good brightness and contrast, which made the action and atmosphere land well. The seating was comfortable enough for a full feature, and the auditorium felt well maintained. It did get a bit busy around showtime, so there was the usual pre-film rush at concessions, but it moved reasonably fast. Cleanliness was generally good, including the seating area and common spaces. Overall, a reliable choice for a night at the movies in London—good presentation, smooth entry, and a comfortable watch. I’d happily return, especially for big releases where sound and screen quality really matter.”

“Asalaamualaykum all, I attended the cupping clinic today for my first ever hijama session. I was greeted by the receptionist & Mustaqeem one of the hijama specialist who welcomed me and explained the steps of the process. I was nervous but the brother put me at ease and comfort. During the actual hijama he informed me of what he was going to do next and I was able to ask questions. The clinic also included free complimemtary fire cupping into my package. All in all alhamdulillah a great experience, I would like to say thank you to the clinic staff very professional and courteous. I highly recommend the blue leaf clinic especially for first time hijama. I will InshAllah be returning soon.”

“Perfect overnight stay, always delightful and attentive staff, check in always impeccable, the lounge a delight and breakfast service, spot on, again, staff are brilliant. Huge comfortable beds, gorgeous bed linen and the most sumptuous fluffy towels, immaculate bathrooms, I always feel I should clean the wash hand basin after brushing my teeth, and you can’t hear the aircraft even though they skim the roof. Highly recommended”
