“The Best Urologist- A true godsend, and a credit to his profession, Dr. Imad- El Mohtar. I cannot recommend Dr. Imad highly enough. Personal experience two weeks back: Got some medical condition that needed a urologist and can fairly say I was lucky to reach out to him at Northway clinic. He immediately adviced me and took action and treated me there. He thouroughly explained me the condition, side effects etc. What truly sets him apart is his patience and willingness to answer every single question. Not only this he checked upon me over email and adviced on the test results. He never rushes during consultations and gives you his full, undivided attention, making you feel heard and cared for. If you are looking for a brilliant urologist , look no further. I highly recommend him to anyone. Or you can msg me to speak of his credentials. Further, the reception department at Northway clinix is unmatched too. The staff tries their best effort to book appointment and even reschedule. Generally in many clinics in London I found reception person rude but here all people are so caring and really think of the partient's best time utilization. Fair ro say, clinic does not charge exorbitant prices at all. It's way too less than private clinics at Harley street, and some businesses in Canary wharf. The kind of treatment you can get is much higher than the money you will spent in the clinic. Trust me.”

“Have stayed here twice and have been blown away both times. Rooms are beautiful, great attention to detail with the treats in the room, everything is clean and the facilities available are fantastic. The Spa in particular was a wonderful experience, the staff are so warming and knowledgeable, and the massage was 10/10. The breakfast has a fantastic selection, proper quality ingredients and you can order cooked dishes off a menu if you wish. Will definitely be back. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff are so friendly and will look after you. Was also very useful when I had a concert at the O2 as you could just go down this long corridor that connects to the O2, so no needs to go outside!”

“Great hotel! Lovely, nice sized rooms, well appointed. The hotel also has a super convenient grab-n-go market that also sells some fun goodies, and it’s not terribly overpriced. The high tea is a standout! It’s themed and fabulous! My favorite high tea, it’s served in their beautiful, intimate restaurant with live piano music, fun street views, and wonderful service! A fantastic place for afternoon tea!! The tea and offerings are extremely plentiful and then on top of that they send you home with two large pieces of cake!!! All beautifully boxed up—it’s amazing. Great service overall for the entire hotel and experience. Only drawback is the location on the street with no real crosswalk, it’s scary coming and going with crazy traffic.”

“I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. “I used to stay at Mayfair House...the difference is clear..the location is great because with the St johns wood high street going into town most times may not be necessary. If u have a vehicle the underground parking is also first class...to me its a 5 star apartment hotel!”

“This hotel is perfect for a family with little kids. We traveled with our 2 and 3 year old boys for a week exploring London. Everyone working at the hotel from housekeeping to restaurant staff were top notch, making us feel so warm and welcome. The location is great as well, right by the Elizabeth and Jubilee line, and is a straight shot to heathrow and central London. Even Gatwick is an easy two train ride away. The are plenty of places to eat within a short walk of the hotel. As a Hilton gold member, I received the free buffet breakfast for the family and we loved it. A custom omelet station and a kids corner with kid friendly cutlery was also part of the breakfast. They had coloring pencils and drawing worksheets that also kept the kids busy. A special bonus for me was the steam and dry sauna that is attached to the gym. Lastly a special shout out to all the amazing staff. Literally each one. But I'll mention the ones I remember. Simon, Pradeep, Ayomide, Abbas and all the others, thank you thank you. We look forward to staying with you again on our next visit.”

“Perfect location. The staff made my birthday feel so so special. Upgraded the room free of charge and even left the cutest dessert for me and my partner to enjoy followed by a handwritten note. The staff are all happy to help. The hotel isn’t too loud and is quite quiet until the evening when everyone heads down to eat at the E20 Kitchen. The only issue we had was that our TV in the room wasn’t working but other than that the stay was amazing thank you so much. We will be back :)”

“This is such a great local shop. The staff are really friendly, all the produce is fresh and not wrapped in plastic, and the £1 bowls out front can be great value too. There is a halal butcher as well and the lamb is great. Prices for many things are cheaper or the same as the chain stores but I try to support local wherever possible. Keep up the good work guys.”

“Excellent service. Shower was 10/10. Breakfast was good. If traveling by car, location is not great but there is a parkade next to the hotel - £31.50 per 12 - 24hr. Room was £245 but well worth it. The coffee pods in the room were a nice touch. There is also a fridge if you have water etc.”

It’s minutes away from the train station, rooms are spacious, there’s air con, comfortable bed, good breakfast times, quiet and I left an item behind in the room and they were absolute stars in getting it back to me. “This place is absolutely perfect! Our vrbo got cancelled on the day we arrived in London and thankfully Sanctum came up at the last minute at a reasonable price and had a lot to offer. The room was bright and spacious with a full kitchen and there was groceries right around the corner and a train across the street.”

“katolondonhaus 3rd stay , this time 17-19 May 2024 2 nights , Room 5 My third stay at Katolondonhaus. Once with family , last two times I stayed, alone in room 5. The room has a large double bed with very soft but firm pillows , a firm -medium mattress and a really nice duvet , that to me was the same you as you get in a premier inn...all very cosy. The ensuite although small, is very well appointed with a super fast hot shower , that really does a great job envigourating you for the day with a modern small sink , glass shelf and bathroom mirror , all tastefully decorated with a contemporary grey tile pattern. There's is a desk to work from next to a mini fridge , on top of which are the complementary water, tea and coffee facilities. The TV, I think 32 inch ( flatscreen Samsung) is mounted on the wall which set a above a fixed hairdryer. Heating wise there is a large radiator, I didn't use this time , as the double glazed windows , with modern slats was easy to open for fresh air. WiFi is excellent, you can easily play call of duty mobile or watch your favourite film on your laptop. All in all tastefully decorated, kept very clean and I would recommend. You will not be disappointed. In addition there is a large kitchen area, should you require any additional items which is next to a dinning table leading on to the well manicured garden. The property itself is set in a quiet residential area of Morden with parking on or just off the property on the main road. It feels very safe with an electronic combination lock to the main front door. Matsuo is extremely welcoming and thoughtful of his guests and will leave you to get on with things. If you need anything else just ask or leave a note! I will be staying again and katolondonhaus is now my "go to" accommodation when I visit London from Suffolk. Alan , Suffolk.”
