“An excellent restaurant with brilliant service and great sanitation. We felt looked after and safe the entire evening! Food was one of the best we have had in London. We got the aloo tiki chaat, papdi chat, salmon, shashlik and terichelly prawns for the starter and we were blown away by the authentic flavours. My favourite would have to be the aloo tiki chaat and the prawns. Everything tasted fresh and tender with perfectly balanced flavours. For the main meal, we got the methi gobi, chettinad, butter chicken and dal makhani with rice, naan and paratha; all were superb! There was a range of spice levels and something for everyone in the family, veg and non-veg. The portions were a great size and the presentation of the food and drinks made the evening even better. I am normally quite particular and uncompromising about food but I have never been so impressed. We will definitely revisit many more times in the future.”

“great place to dine with friends. lovely atmosphere. the staff are friendly and knowledgeable with their recommendations. you can literally go there and ask the staff what they would recommend and not even have to look at the menu. Nadim was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of, and even helped us with the birthday surprise. we also had to suddenly leave quickly toward the end of the dinner and they were efficient in helping us settle quickly. to each their own on whether it is expensive or not; we spent roughly £1400 for 4 people”

“This is the 3rd Millennium hotel that I have stayed at in London and is the best in my opinion. The executive rooms are amazing, from decor, Nespresso machine and free mini bar to the comfy bed, desk and huge TV! There was also dressing gown and slippers. I was welcomed with a personalised card and fruit bowl too. The service from everyone was professional, polite and always quick service on reception despite the hotel always being busy. Breakfast was varied and plentiful in a beautiful dining room. I particularly liked the porridge, fruit salad and coffee. Only slight issues - no body lotion or tissues in room and Humphreys bar only served drinks in plastic cups - didn't match the 4 star experience of hotel. Would definitely recommend those wanting a good base in London.”

“We spent the last weekend before Christmas at Hilton London Metropole and had a wonderful stay. After raising a few issues, the Duty Manager, Mohamadou listened carefully and resolved everything, completely turning our experience around. All staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly located just a 2-minute walk from Edgeware underground station. Our room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast had great variety, and the executive lounge truly felt VIP. “Went today, it was fantastic. Food was delicious and portion sizes were very generous. We had the chicken platter, everything was cooked well and full of flavour. The restaurant is decorated nicely and is very clean. The service was fantastic and the gentleman that served us was extremely helpful, friendly, polite and professional. “Myself and two friends decided to try Bengal Dynasty as is was close to the Travel Lodge we were staying at. Being a Sunday evening it was quiet and we were seated straight away. Menu had some great choices. Two of us opted for the Tandoori mixed grill. Absolutely superb - I really recommend. My friend ordered Chicken Tikka Balti, he really enjoyed it, although he said it was a bit spicy. We were even given free shot of Baileys and a whiskey. Very polite waiter and front of house staff, food was quickly served. I would definitely return if ever I was to visit the area again.”

Wednesday’s banquet night is a real treat where you can eat la carte and try their house specialities at reduced rates. If you want a standard curry option they are well executed too.”

“Presentation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Taste: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don't want to raise anyone's expectations of this place, but in my personal opinion, this is the closest to authentic Japanese cuisine that I've ever had, especially when there's plenty of Japanese restaurants around the area. Their plating was really well done, just like fine dining. The taste of the food was just as good as the presentation, and the amount of care put into making it can be felt through tasting the dishes, especially the wagyu beef roll which just melts in your mouth. Experience was better than I expected as the server we had, which looked like the manager was really good at doing her job, and the way she interacted with us was like she was a friend, which shows how experienced she was at dealing with customers. Overall, my friends and I enjoyed it and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a new place to eat Japanese food with a fair price around London, Soho.”

“Really Impressed with this hotel. Room was really spacious, lots of plug sockets dotted around, plenty of room to store clothes and a large desk if you needed to work. WiFi also great. Spacious bathroom with shower and bath with toiletries. Pressure in the shower not great in the evening but fine in the morning. Good working telly which appeared to be brand new. Room was also really quiet - didn’t hear any other guests or noise. I had parking for free as I booked directly with the hotel. I believe if you book through a third party it is £10 a day. Excellent location surrounded by lots of pubs, shops and local cafes. I didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food. I did have a drink at the bar which was expensive as expected in a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can’t really fault it - and it was cheaper than the travelodge down the road!”

The receptionists and the housekeepers were all very friendly and very very helpful (sorry don't have everyone's name) Well done to Travelodge for having so well equipped disabled bathrooms. “I stumbled upon Mimi’s Kitchen Eat-In and Takeaway for a late lunch, and I’m so glad I did. The food selection was impressive—fresh, well displayed, and ready to go. I had the Jollof rice (absolutely divine) and the “fish platter”, which was perfectly seasoned and sweet, tender plantain. I also tried a bit of my friend’s moinmoin and it was DELICIOUS. (I literally want it right now.) The customer service was lovely too—the server was kind & mindful when my friend asked if the Jollof and moinmoin had been cooked with any meat, as she’s veggie. It’s always appreciated when staff are considerate about dietary requirements. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to make the drink options and their prices a little easier to view—it would make adding a drink to your meal a bit more effortless. But honestly, that’s the only (tiny) thing. All in all, a perfect lunch find!”

“I had a nice experience visiting this restaurant, I bought a sharing platter for my friends and I tasted it, I would say the taste was great and my friend enjoyed it. It took a while for the food to come out but we were told before hand and that helped with managing our expectations more so we weren’t in a hurry, the lady staff that attended to us came to check on us and ask if we were ok regularly and was warm to chat with. I reckon it’s pricey but not necessarily out of scope for that location. We were the only table as it was quite late, all the same the ambient was great with lovely music. The facilities available was outstanding would recommend and I will be back.”

“When you go out to an expensive nightclub in place located right within the heart of London, specially located anywhere near Berkeley Square, you do not count your money. Quality experience is what counts. The aim of going into a nightclub such as Luxx is not to focus your energies into staff behavior but to seize every moment to enjoy the music, savor the drink, and live in the moment. Rather than justifying the amount paid to get into a club and focusing on negatives with the purpose of badmouthing later on, one should learn to be a little more tolerant. I only say this because nightclubing lifestyle is completely different from living in a day lifestyle where people have their sleeves down and are expected to do things right by following appropriate standards. Yes, it is also true that the crowed can get rowdy at times and the staff members have to deal with visitors nuisance yet they have to gather courage to carry on serving other visitors and to see the night through despite challenges. So, in short, I just want to say, relax, and have a good time.”

“The community rebuilt this park cafe and it is an excellent facility enjoyed by everyone who uses the park and Claygate Primary School. On a sunny weekend you will see many groups and families playing games, having fun, eating ice creams, with drinks etc. Food gets 4 stars only because it is not Michelin starred.”
