Friendly staff in Ruislip

“I recently had a cracked tooth which caused a lot of stress and anxiety as was told by a local dentist that they will not be able to save my tooth and will have to extract it and implanting a new tooth could take months and will be super expensive! However, I decided to go for a second opinion and I am extremely glad I did! I got a next day appointment, and Dr Taijas Patel not only reassured me that he could save my tooth, he actually did a fab job of removing the broken fragment whilst restoring my original tooth with minimum pain and discomfort! He called me for a 2nd appointment within 2 weeks and not only confirmed that my tooth was in good condition, but also did a Hygiene clean up on the spot instead of making me wait to get a separate appointment with a Hygienist which could have taken months! The lady at the reception and the nurse with Taijas were lovely too!! I would highly recommend Ruislip Dental practice as they have excellent Dentists!! Thank you!”

“Staff were extremely helpful when our granddaughter had earache. They were able to give her ear drops to help and offered to look in her ear if the pain had not subsided within 2-3 days. Overall the service was excellent.”

“Saw Hats off to Led Zeppelin here. They were brilliant. Ticketing system was very well organized. Decent bar and not too expensive. Friendly crowd. The social club is known as the Tropic at Ruislip on band nights.”

“Bought some wooden skirting. They didn’t have enough length in stock, but were able to source from another branch and deliver. From initial telephone call and chat with Emma to going to the branch and talking to Dan and delivery by Luke, the whole experience was a real pleasure. “Recently had a 10th Birthday party at Goals, South Ruislip. This was the first time using Goals and wish we had done it for all previous football parties as this was by far the best. Excellent value for money with great facilities. Special mention for Miles, he made the party what it was. It seemed he remembered the name of all ten of the kids within minutes! Will be using again”

“Original review: Very good store. The store is well stocked,parking is free,store is clean and the Scan and Go makes everything so much easier and more efficient. The only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because the dates on the food are poor. The branch I went to this morning at a service station had much better dates. Review edit(1 week fast forward): Clean store,they have Euros and US Dollars available at Waitrose. At the customer services desk they have a button if nobody is at the desk and someone will be there shortly. This all adds to a luxurious shopping experience.”

“Brilliant in one way, rubbish in another! The woman on the till was work shy, which affected the queue. She made people wait while checking something on her phone. Sent me to customer care because she'd need to type the code in for my timber, rather than turning the wood over where the barcode was. Conversely, customer services were great. I needed for of something to qualify for discount, but they only had three in stock. She organised it so I didn't lose out and was really good about it.”

“We fancied something different to our usual Indian take out, so we decided to go for Pizza. We had sausage, chicken, pepperoni and ham toppings on our pizza and it was delicious. Generously layered and the perfect amount of cheese. Exceptional BBQ chicken wings, well cooked/flavourful meat. Delivery was prompt and food was hot throughout. The meal was washed down with a couple of ice-cold cans of coke. My wife and I will definitely be coming back again.”
