“This was a very unassuming location. We walked in off the street looking for a relatively quiet place to chat and enjoy a meal. We made our way upstairs to a semi-secluded dining room away from the busy pub downstairs. The server/bartender made some great food and drink recommendations for us. He was very attentive.”

“For work purposes, I've stayed on and off at this hotel for 28 years. Always found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beds and bedding very comfortable. Food has never been anything but good and there's never been a problem pre-ordering whilst I visit the small gym. Access to the hotel is easy from the A2 but road noise is minimal and there's plenty of parking. My go to hotel when I'm working in this area - far better than a identikit chain.”

“This was my first time visiting the Meadow restaurant, a short walk from Ealing Broadway station. The staff were extremely attentive, and very accommodating to my allergen requirements. They have a range of dishes, and were able to explain what was nut and gluten free - the quality of the food and cocktails were excellent. I’d visited for my birthday with family, and they made us feel really welcome. I’d definitely recommend it for a special occasion or a regular meal, it had a great atmosphere.”

We shared the meatballs (moist and flavorful), a fresh side salad with pomegranate seeds, and the Wellington for two. Service was great. Just note it takes about 45–50 minutes to prepare—but totally worth the wait.”

“Nice little pub in harrow on the hill. There i seating both upstairs and downstairs. They play good music and although it's a bar, the later it get it sort of turns into a mini club and people dance. The vibe is live on a weekend. They have a variety of drinks and are not too expensive. The toilets are clean and kept well. The staff are very friendly and helpful.”

It's hard to find a nice lunch place round here as there are so many tourists no one needs to try very hard, but that's not the case here. We'll definitely be back.”

“For years Bromley has been crying out for a decent cinema and now we have two! Bar and kitchen section has been done up well and the whole place has the art deco feel. Food was excellent.. I had the beef ragu which was slow cooked beef and delicious. One gripe would be the seating.. I've only been to screen one so far but the seating in row E (and possibly all the seating from there back) are just plain uncomfortable. They appear to be pushing you forward into some strange stress position! We moved to the row D and those seats could recline so problem solved”

“Best Chinese restaurant in London. We had SWEET AND SOUR SQUIRREL FISH , JINLING ROASTED DUCK, YU-SHIANG Eggplant and SOUR COWPEA PORK FRIED Rice. Good size portions, i was full but couldn't stop eating. Fast service too, the owner suggested us dishes based on our preferences, we have been served after 15 mins, just enough time to sip nice white wine. Good selection of drinks Definitely we'll go back.”

The orthodox icons on the wall and drawings of Battersea was extremely charming. Such uniqueness is hard to come by, especially in London. The staff were extremely kind and the regulars were very welcoming. Unfortunately I had to leave abruptly but I will definitely be returning next time I am in Battersea.”
