“We all know GP surgeries are super busy and often stretched thin. That’s why I was so blown away by the amazing team at Gilbert House Surgery. I put in a prescription request, something that usually takes up to three working days elsewhere, and they had it sorted in under an hour. All I said was that I was travelling and needed it within the next couple of days. The receptionist was incredible, even towards her the end of her morning shift, she made sure she passes my request in person to the duty doctor. Dr. Dalia Jacob was absolutely brilliant, getting the prescription ready in no time while seeing other patients and sending me a text message to confirm it's ready. They worked together to get it done quickly and even gave me a call to let me know it was ready. Huge thanks to the whole team for being so kind, understanding, and just genuinely caring. A bottle of diet coke in this boots will cost you £2.50 Vs £4.99 at WHSmith. the store has most of what you might need and food wise they have meal deals available too.”

“I went here for 9 sessions at the end of 2023. I found the whole team to be friendly, professional and flexible. As I am chronically ill, I struggled to get to them, despite them giving me lifts (for free) to the local train station. I had to cancel once late notice and was allowed to rearrange. Having passed on Day Lewis details to others they are receiving the same level of care whether in the Streatham branch or others when they don’t live in the area.
