“We really enjoyed staying here! It was a great location - close to a tube station, the Natural History museum, Kensington park, lots of shops and places to eat, and pretty streets to walk down. Our room was charming and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We stayed with our 9 month old baby and they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.”

“Once a year with my bosses we go to a nice restaurant, this year it was my turn to choose one so I choose Dinner by Heston Blumenthal because Im actually a big fan of his food and reviews are great. I must say that the experience we had were truly unique, it was beyond what I personally expected and even my bosses thought I made the right and I know I did! The service was really unique, I never experienced something like this before, staff are so knowledgeable about the food provenance and the history behind it! By the way you will be given the choice between 3 table cards: One detailing the dish's original 16th-19th century origin, the other one explaining the dish's journey from historical recipe to modern masterpiece and the other one is when you just want the food to do its talking with no story telling (please don’t choose this one!!) The whole experience was unique, I have been to many restaurants but this one is the one that I’ll definitely come back to!”

“Tom Brown at the Capital We enjoyed visiting Cornerstone regularly for the six years it was open until the sad closing in 2024. The food was amazing , the service was excellent and we built up a great relationship with all of the team. But upon hearing that Tom was opening a restaurant at the Capital Hotel a place where he worked under Nathan Outlaw we were very excited to go. So after three months of opening we finally payed our first visit to Tom Brown at the Capital. What I can say is that this is Cornerstone taken to the next level. The food was stunning , the service was first class and this all happened in a beautiful and stylish dining room. Our afternoon got off to a fabulous start as we entered the hotel to be greeted by restaurant manager Charlie who then escorted us into the bar area for an aperitif. While enjoying a cocktail we looked at he menus where you could choose from either the Three course A la Carte or the Five and Seven course Tasting Menu. We then made our way to the dining room to be seated to our table. While chatting with Charlie we were offered the chance to experience the Nine course evening tasting menu which we gladly accepted. Next was to choose a bottle of wine to pair with the food and opted for the 2022 Finca Montepedroso Verdejo that was a dry wine with citrus notes that complimented each dish perfectly. The menu began with delight as we loved the Lobster Toast with Lardo. This was followed by the Oyster with cider and gooseberry. Next was the Charcuterie along with bread , butter and a crab oil. Our palate was the refreshed with a fabulous Scallop with melon and caviar before we enjoyed the Mackerel Tartare with soy and quail egg. The menu was improving with every dish and the Crab Custard with tomato and horseradish was no exception. Now it was time for the amazing Cuttlefish ‘cacio e pepe’ which led us to the main course of Monkfish , courgette and the famous chicken butter sauce. Before moving to the dessert we decided to have the supplemented cheese course of Baron Bigod , canele and truffle honey that was incredible. This led to the dessert of English Strawberry , cheesecake and sorrel just a delightful way to end a fantastic tasting menu. We finished with coffee and petit fours while enjoying a nice chat with Charlie. This gave us the opportunity to thank him and the team for a fabulous afternoon and one we will definitely be making a return to again soon. This is an upmarket version of Cornerstone that we absolutely loved. The food is of a higher level the service is friendly and professional and the location is amazing. So yes I would highly recommend a visit. Thank You Tom and all your team for a fantastic afternoon and look forward to seeing you all again soon.”

“Some of the best Indian we had in London. So much of it seems sweet or too mild but this place is definitely more traditional and spicy like the Indian food we have in the United State. We loved it and had fantastic service. Highly recommend and we would totally go back here.”

“It’s been almost 30 years since Zafferano opened, and I’d wanted to try this place for a long time. It was worth the wait! In an area not short of Italian restaurants, it’s easy to see why they have survived - the food is excellent (seriously one of the best aubergine parmigiana I’ve ever had, and the tiramisu was up there with the best of them too). It’s an elegant, but not stuffy, venue and the service is attentive and charming. A big plus is the outdoor space - which is covered and heated if need be - so perfect for when the sun’s out. Definitely recommended!”

“Al Arez in Knightsbridge has genuinely been like a second home for us for well over 15 years. I’ve been coming here since I was a young teenager, and now in 2025, I can 100% say it’s still the best Lebanese food in London! What really makes it special is the warmth and hospitality, especially from Hassan, who’s basically family to us now. He’s always there with a smile, treating us with such kindness and making sure we have the best time. The recent refurbishment has made the place even more inviting, and the food is as delicious as ever. If you want top-notch Lebanese cuisine and a place where you’re treated like family, Al Arez is the place to go!”

“Great place to stay in a great location. The perfect place for my husband and I to rest and recover between our exciting days walking around London. The kitchen was perfectly stocked to make an easy breakfast in the morning. The room was clean with a functional washer, TV, and great storage for our things. The bed was comfortable and the location was great, so close to central tube stations, bus stops, and even e-bike parking. 10/10 recommend.”

They consistently deliver quality food and I haven’t had a single bad order order from them, it’s ALWAYS amazing. You can easily taste the care and love put into their food!
