They have a bakery that services fresh goods, fruit and veg section, clothing section, spices, alcohol section, flowers as you enter, and other food items. You can get lottery tickets there. They have loads of self checkout points towards the entrance. Staff are friendly and efficient.”

“A very good range of everyday products can be found here; food, condiments electrical, stationery etc. Does sell brand names: some for a pound others at a higher price. No on site parking as such but limited bay parking can be found outside. Is a short walk from Chadwell Heath station and is served by bus routes 62,86,173 and 362 and with a short walk route 368.”

“Attended on Sat 11th Oct at 10-11am, I had an issue with my daughter’s bike, I did not have an appointment we just walked in. We was kindly seen by Ronnie, although he was obviously busy with several people waiting, he managed to fit us in, not only did he fix the problem we had but also checked the bikes breaks, and pumped up the wheels for us. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly and we appriciate the service he provided. At the time of visit the store was very busy and he had several people waiting with appointments but he still managed to see us and exceeded our expectation of the visit.”

“This store has all you need to get in and out of the large Sainsbury’s. There is a gas station which can be very affordable. There is a lot of parking spaces in the area including a wheelchair area. Wheelchair trolleys are available. Taxi service is available in the side of the Sainsbury’s. The Argos is inside in the back of the building to order or collect what you need from there. The bakery is at the back making the food become more fresher.”

Very friendly, polite, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. It’s so refreshing to meet someone who is both professional and personable. Highly recommend Terry for any appliance repairs!”

“My Bosch dishwasher stopped working showing an error code E-02. I originally called Glotech who charged me a lot of money despite not fixing my machine and leaving me without a dishwasher for weeks. They made me pay for a new heat pump and then told me I would need to pay £300 more for a new board. A friend recommended Ken Bowman & Sons and I and I spoke to Neil who advised me that Glotech had misdiagnosed the problem and overcharged me. He then came to my house and spent a considerable amount of time checking the machine and testing the connections and made it work without any new parts! He was extremely professional and helpful and said the machine was fine once he had checked it all over. He did not charge me for doing this, which I thought was very generous considering Glotech charged £100 to just look at the outside of the machine. I am very grateful to Neil and would highly recommend Ken Bowman & Sons for their expertise, integrity and excellent service.”
