After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. “Room was large with a great bed, lots of different pillow types and sleep quality was excellent, rooms were also quiet. TV, wifi was perfect, lots of charge points including a EU socket. I liked the large window with roller blinds too. Breakfast had a very good range of products, self service or you could order specifically cooked eggs. Some food options nearby or their Zoom restaurant is available as was room service.. Most of all it's the first hotel I've been in where they had recycling bins in the room. A great stay, and staff were very good too.. oh and the rooms have fridges too!!!”

“We visited Beefeater Hayes for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and Jade and Siv were both absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived, Jade made sure we were well looked after and checked in on us with such a friendly attitude. The food was great—fresh, tasty, and delivered at just the right time. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and everything felt well-organised. Overall, a really pleasant experience and a great start to our day. “I booked this hotel for one week, and I was especially impressed with the receptionist, Nadia, who was so friendly and kind. However, when my key didn’t work, one of the ladies, who is a supervisor, didn’t help me and told me to wait until the reception people arrive. I waited more than 15 minutes. It was not a great experience, but after that, Nadia helped me so much and let me into my room. The hotel's location is great, and the reception staff are very kind and lovely.”

“Went to the beefeater in Uxbridge today with my family we were warmly greeted by our waitress her name was Candi once Candi had seated us and given us our menu’s Candi took our drinks order’s once Candi brought our drinks over I had a Coke Zero which did not taste right Candi replaced my drink straight away and apologised then proceeded to take our food order’s the food was very tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed all the food we received we all had a very relaxed and enjoyable meal and our waitresses service was outstanding even the manager Kelly was very friendly and we was warmly welcomed by all staff we will definitely be returning again”

“I can't thank more Tony and Henry who treated my back pain. I lost my sleep for so many days due to my back issue. They have diagonsed the issue correctly and gave me the treatment. Tony and Henry both are very knowledgable and very patiently listen to my complaints. They have explained me about the root casue of the issue and about the treatment very well. I really got my sleep back from the second week of my treatment (physio massages & stretches). I couldn't have got my sleep and normal walk back without their treatments. They are very friendly and flexible with the appointments. Highly recommended. Much appreciated.”

Our young rescue tabby is a very nervous cat but after dropping her off and seeing the cattery, we felt very happy that she would be very well cared for. “Was in Uxbridge for an evening and after looking through various places, I came across this gem of a restaurant. Read through some of the reviews and decided to give it a try and wow the QUALITY of the food is top notch. Ordered spring rolls which had a heavenly taste to them, chicken tawouk with rice which was cooked to perfection with the chicken so soft and succulent and had a side of cheesy fries which were the best cheesy chips I've ever had. On top of all that, the two waitresses serving us were very warm and welcoming. 5 stars all round.”

“First time used this Cattery. We had 3 cats to book in whilst we were away and the cats were offered their own ‘chalet’. Paid a visit beforehand and very impressed with the set up as neat, tidy and clean. No problems with booking as we completed the detailed online booking form. Vaccinations were all checked with our vet and very professional set up. Really impressed with the cattery and Irene is obviously extremely passionate about the welfare of animals. Our cats came back to us content and happy. Will DEFINITELY use this Cattery again. Thank you!!!”
