I went for the English breakfast and my daughter had the Turkish breakfast. Both delicious! The piece de la resistance was!!! Drum roll!! The French toast !!! Omg!! This was paradise to my taste buds!! Thank youuuuu!!! I will be back !!”

Just FYI, this is DEFINITELY a party hostel, and they go very hard here! If you are looking for a chill, relaxing vibe, you are going to want to keep looking. “We stayed here for 1 night while spending the weekend in London. The hotel is situated just a couple of minutes walk from Blackfriars station, which serves both the circle and district lines, as well as Thameslink, meaning it's easy to get anywhere in London from here. The room was very clean and spacious. You know what you're getting with a Premier Inn. Bed was comfortable and it was pitch black at night time. We heard no noises from other rooms. It was a very quiet night's sleep. TV has a really wide selection of channels and it worked, which is generally a bonus when staying in a hotel. There's usually an issue with the TV everywhere you go. I'm sure we only paid for a standard room but where put into a Premium room, which came with a Nespresso coffee machine. Great for someone like me who loves a morning coffee. The staff in the hotel were incredibly friendly. One name I'd like to mention in particular is Yusuf, who was working around the reception area. He was so polite and friendly and is an absolute asset to the company. I don't know if anyone reads these reviews, but if you do, please pass this on to management. The only downside to this hotel was the price. Working in the travel industry I understand how and why prices can fluctuate, but the cost of this room increased by £50 overnight, and we ended up paying just over £300 for 1 night's stay, which for a Premier Inn seems a bit excessive, despite the location. We didn't try the food at the hotel as we visited to do shopping and try out the famous food markets. However based on the staff, the room and the location i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting London.”

Although the room was freezing cold when I first arrived, Emine immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and reassuring, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care completely transformed what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Emine is a real asset to the hotel and a credit to Premier Inn. Thank you so much for your kindness and outstanding service.”

“Stayed here with trepidation given the mixed reviews but can honestly say I enjoyed my stay. For a very low price you get a decent sized room (much bigger than many I’ve stayed in in central London), a hot shower and clean facilities, comfortable beds, 24/7 front desk, bar and restaurant on site, convenient location for nearby sites (Hampton Court Palace, Richmond Park, Ham House, Wimbledon), helpful and friendly staff and the option to pay a small fee for car parking, a good breakfast or early check-in/late check-out. We even had a nice view overlooking the church next door. Yes, the room was warm but NOT unbearably so. Criticisms about lack of aircon aren’t exactly fair. It isn’t common to find aircon in London hotel rooms and you get what YOU pay for!”

“This store is local to us, very convenient as it is open till late and stocks most essentials plus some really good quality foods. There are always price offers which I like to take advantage of and Co-op source their fish and other products to support sustainability. I am sure they will strive to make further changes to help tackle climate change. Well done staff, keep up the good works!”

“Crazy Hazy is an amazing entertainer. I hired her for my daughter’s first birthday party. She is very punctual, arrived exactly when she said she would with lots of fun equipment. She had all the children engaged and having fun from the moment she started entertaining. I had children from as young as 1 to as old as 11 at the party and crazy hazy had activities, games and songs to suit all ages. To top all of that off Tracey herself is a lovely lady, very professional and listens to exactly what you ask. I couldn’t recommend crazy hazy enough when looking for an entertainer. Thank you.”

“After viewing so many normal catteries we stumbled across Longcroft luxury cat hotel at Chelmsford for our two 6 month old, very active, Bengal kittens and we were so happy! I’m a very fussy cat-mum and really struggled to find anywhere that I was happy to leave my furbabies until I came and visited Tim at Longcroft. He really seemed to care and love all his furry guests and really put all my worries aside. The “suites” are immaculate, beautifully decorated and they had a great space with large, sturdy cat tree and lovely bedroom area with bed and Tim also brought in a water drinking fountain especially for the kittens to use which they loved and as it was hot they had their own fan too. We also took along a lot of their home comforts and toys which was welcomed. Every day whilst we were away we got lovely updates and or photos and a really lovely postcard “from the cats” on their last day. It really did put us at ease seeing them relax into their holiday home. Every evening the kids would ask if we’d heard from the cats yet :-) When we collected Bobby and Dolly they seemed very happy and relaxed (as did all the cats in their care!) which was just so lovely. “Was looking for a local sushi place that doesn't use mayo in all their sushi and decided to give this place a go after a trip to the cinema. There was plenty of choice and at an affordable price and we opted for the 28 piece maki platter which was more than enough for 2 people and cost £14 The order was made fresh and took 5-10 minutes to prepare. There was a few selection of Japanese grocery goods and snacks and I was happy to see they had sweet soy sauce which I have been unable to find at a good price The sushi was very well made and tasted great There is a minimum spend of £5 to use card”

“Tadashi is my go-to for chicken katsu curry! The owner is always really friendly, the portion sizes are great and ingredients taste fresh and more healthy than your typical highly processed katsu curry. Comes with a fortune cookie which is a nice touch and prices are very good!”

“Hands down my favourite pho in London (halal too!). Broth was very rich in flavour, fresh ingredients and a good amount of veggie toppings! Their team was super friendly and nice, made me feel welcomed there. I wish they will have a seating area, so that i get to enjoy the atmosphere.”

The staff work extremely hard and obviously put care and attention into the ingredients and presentation of each dish. This is clearly a popular brunch spot and, although there was a queue outside and a wait, we were still made to feel wanted and the staff communicated wait times to get us seated as quickly as possible. I had the Nutella pancakes, which were very tasty- a generous portion too, served with a variety of fresh fruits. Highly recommended”

“Paula and the team were absolutely amazing with our new boy! He is very anxious as recently rehomed with us and was very scruffy and matted after being in kennels. After his groom looked like a different dog! And he was very bouncy and happy so they'd clearly made him feel at ease, and even managed to get all the problem areas! Completely amazing! Definitely our go to for all grooming needs! Very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable as well.”
