“2025 **** I forgot I already done a review! Update to say thank you for being so supportive and to everyone who has been very kind. Also a special thanks to Candi for going above and beyond to help with dietary needs etc 2019 **** The woman with red hair on reception was LOVELY! Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!! “After leaving sorting my travel vaccinations a bit late, I phoned Crofton who were able to facilitate me getting the vaccines I needed super quickly. The consultation appointment was quick and was able to get all 4x vaccines recommended during the appointment. I was offered super helpful advice on recommended vaccines, without being pushed into committing to anything unnecessary. The pricing of each vaccine was also communicated very transparently, further helping to decide what I needed. I will be returning to Crofton for any further help I need with travel vaccinations.”

“It maybe a mini version of a usual H&B store, but, the staff here are so helpful, resourceful having vested interest in the welfare of the customer over just selling anything off the rack. Special thanks to Lesley and Antonina, they have always been nice to my family, given us useful tips, advises and product information. Also on how best we can use our H&B loyalty card and deals to save money. They even sweetly pamper my little one and she loves going to the store for her dose of healthy snacks. As the store is small, I usually order my items online and it quickly gets delivered for pick up from this local store. I have been visiting H&B stores for years, but, when we moved local, I found the service in this store way more personalised, warm and welcoming. Keep up the great work!”

“Staff are great in here! Helpful n friendly, shelves are always stocked plus I sometimes order online and pick it up from the store as I work in Orpington. Much prefer Super drug to Boots, cheaper and has alot of choice.”

“Helpful, friendly, accurate and a very nice well-stocked, modern shop with a small room which provides privacy when this is needed. However, this Autumn 2018 many of the staff appear to have changed and it remains to be seen whether the service they provide equals what has gone before. Happily, the new staff, after settling, in proved fine, However, over the past two or three months the staff changed again and the whole enterprise seemed to fall apart. Accordingly, I changed my pharmacy and I cannot now support this four star rating.”

“Great chemist, I've recently come back from being abroad and had a problem with my ear, this chemist runs an ear suction service, they're very reasonably priced, the pharmacist also proscribed me two types of antibiotics, they were that good they contacted my gp and got all my prescription needs transferred to them for the foreseeable future, I can't recommend this chemist enough ☆☆☆☆☆”

“On Thursday the 18th of September. i went to my dr surgery and requested the Amlodipine. There was not a repeat prescription send over to the pharmacy. I told Fash regarding my situation that i had ran out the tables. He had went extra miles ringing the dr surgery, and very determine helping me. Fash is very caring for his customers, friendly, helpful. He is a great member of staff for TESCO.”

“Hello I have been living on & off in Petts Wood a 15 minute walk from my home .for over 65 years fARRANTS PAYDENS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TOPS FOR PRESCRIPTION SERVICE Smart shop clean ,tidy excellent hygiene .Staff friendly & helpful I started using the flu jab service a few years ago EXCELLENT Then this year the wife & I found out that the Covid vaccine would be available . Duly visited Barely felt the needles .Ached for about an hour then fully back to normal .
