βMoved about a year or so ago and updated my clinic to the Elgin Clinic. Had nothing but 5* serviceβ¦ proactive care / tests booked, Iβve seen the nurse a couple of times and always spot on or called in early. The reception staff are simply the best - and I say this as Iβve seen some entitled people treating them horribly - I donβt get it. Always friendly, smile, lovely greeting, efficient check in, phone answered quickly and appointments booked. Iβd hire them to interface with customers in my business tomorrow. I only hope management realise their good fortune. My partner being going for 20+ years and always said same.β

βMy 9.40am appointment was obtained at the 8.30 slot for booking an appointment. Though in queue it took only 5 mins to get my appointment. I was seen just after 9.40am by Dr Pardhanani who is organising a hospital appointment in the next 2 weeks hopefully. Really pleased with the care offered also noting the friendliness of the receptionist.β

Put the care coordinator and doctors always make sure everything is put in place ,and the are always ready, and prepared , to listen to your concerns, complaints, in what you are going through interms of your mental health, And mental disabilities as well. And also your doctor will always review your medications, and to see what help is needed more more regarding about your mental health state . Overall erith center our inpatient unit park crescent is a very very extremely good supporting place to be in order to help you snd listen to you in terms of your difficulties disabilities with your mental health state and to guide and encourage you to keep using different alternatives and techniques that will help you to recover and move on in your life to do what so ever thing you are desiring to do . βHad a great experience at High Street Practice! I do not understand the negative reviews since I had a flawless experience with all the receptionists on two separate days, and the GP who saw me and the one who took my bloods were extremely sweet. The GP accepted my request for the necessary blood tests and I got an appointment for the bloods fairly quick. That too out of hours appointment available. As a doctor, I highly appreciate the work GPs do, and the practice, since they have lot on their plate and I think they do a wonderful job here. Thank you!β

βIβve been doing group swimming lessons at Kings Hall Leisure Centre for a while now, and I just realised Iβve never left a review even though Iβm really happy with the service and staff! The pool might be a bit old and dated, but itβs always pretty clean, and everyone there is super friendly. My swimming teacher, Ileana, is honestly the best! I actually go there just because I enjoy her lessons so much. She makes every class fun and always mixes things up with diving, jumping, and different swimming styles to keep us excited. Thanks so much for giving me confidence in the water and for making learning to swim such a fun experience!β

βMy husband had a blood test booked here today, first time at this location as the Walthamstow clinic we have used before is closed. Was a bit anxious given the reviews, but after dropping him off at the door at the rear of the building, I pulled into the parking lot opposite. Sent him a message saying where I was parked, got out to faff about with some stuff in the boot and, by the time I was closing the boot, he was walking back towards me, all done! He said the staff were really nice, too. Cannot imagine how it could have been a better experience. Thank you!β

βDear all, I would like to take the opportunity to review the above centre. I visited the centre twice over two months. Visited two different departments. Physio and the mental health assessment. I am so pleased with all the staff members at the reception, the Dr and the physio. They are very professional people. They assisted me with all that I and my children needed. Explained every aspect of the care and involved me and the children in every decision in care planning for my children, on both occasions. They were calm and very patient with my children. They answered all my and my children's questions.. I found them to be very humble and respectful towards our needs. Thank you to all the team for running this centre and recognising the different needs of different patients individually.β

βI had an appointment with Spiro for a breathing test. The place is easily accessible and has parking outside. (Ringo payment) The receptionist was lovely patient with me because I couldnβt speak very loudly being out of breath. I was early and that was also not a problem. I sat and waited and watched the receptionist who was so good at her job. Dealing with one difficult man who was trying to jump the queue so politely and yet did not allow him to jump in early. This young lady wore a scarf. The lady who did my breathing test was kind and took her time, she was very affirming and good explanation of the process. Her bedside manner was fabulous. If I wasnβt moving to Norfolk soon I would move there for my Drβs.β
