“All the staff at the London animal hospital are wonderful and very caring. Unfortunately we had to have our kitten to put to sleep, and they went above and beyond ensuring we knew the risks of trying to treat him and what we could expect.They allowed me to take my time and say goodbye properly, and I know for a fact he was given so much love by everyone there when he had to go. The vets and the veterinary nurses I have seen are an absolute credit to this place. They checked in with us frequently afterwards, which was a lovely touch. They treated the situation with care and respect and I will always always use this veterinary practice. They have also been brilliant with our other cat, and the fact they remember both yours and your pets name when you have to visit makes you feel incredibly welcome. I love that they are open 24/7, and having made a late night trip, the level of care is always to the highest standard. Thanks again, you guys are amazing!”

“I am so pleased with our experience at this groomer! Our dog isn't always happy to be groomed, but they took such good care of him. His coat is evenly trimmed, paws carefully tended to, teeth cleaned, and his head still kept in the teddy cockapoo style that we love. “Absolutely lovely experience. Reception staff were super kind and helpful. When we had gone to another vet clinic privately, the vet had no idea what was causing my dog’s coughing and sent us for a £1,300 heart scan that we couldn’t afford to ‘investigate further’, with no other options offered. Here, at PDSA, the vet was very knowledgeable and told us that the dog has a healthy heart, just needed worming treatment. For £10, my dog’s coughing and choking is already gone after less than a week! I’m incredibly happy and so grateful!”

“I honestly couldn’t be happier with Topaz’s groom! She is such an anxious little girly but Laura made her feel very comfortable. She done everything that I asked and gave great suggestions to make her cut perfect. I’ve had issues with other groomers in the past not listening to the specific style I wanted/like but Laura done everything amazingly. Highly recommend using this groomers. Her and her colleague (I didn’t catch his name, but I think his name is Craig) are so friendly and easy to talk to, I could have stayed in there all day!”

“This hotel is perfect for a family with little kids. We traveled with our 2 and 3 year old boys for a week exploring London. Everyone working at the hotel from housekeeping to restaurant staff were top notch, making us feel so warm and welcome. The location is great as well, right by the Elizabeth and Jubilee line, and is a straight shot to heathrow and central London. Even Gatwick is an easy two train ride away. The are plenty of places to eat within a short walk of the hotel. As a Hilton gold member, I received the free buffet breakfast for the family and we loved it. A custom omelet station and a kids corner with kid friendly cutlery was also part of the breakfast. They had coloring pencils and drawing worksheets that also kept the kids busy. A special bonus for me was the steam and dry sauna that is attached to the gym. Lastly a special shout out to all the amazing staff. Literally each one. But I'll mention the ones I remember. Simon, Pradeep, Ayomide, Abbas and all the others, thank you thank you. We look forward to staying with you again on our next visit.”
