“Our Gp is next to this pharmacy. People works there are friendly specially the inside one, always helpful. Once medicine was not there asked me to come next day , when I went there medicine was packed and gave me straightaway. But sometimes I feel pharmacy very busy and made me waiting longer.”
“This chemist has a complete overall of staff first of all they was a little bit clumsy but I cannot say enough about how efficient they have become they don't shut for lunch anymore and they are even open on Saturdays now they deliver your staff if you cannot get out how completely different experience”
“Have been using this pharmacy for nearly 20 years now and have always found them to go above and beyond in what they do to help. Once, I was running late and a staff member waited outside in the rain after closing time to give me my medication. Another time, the pharmacist quite likely saved my life after examining a small red patch that came up after a biopsy and recommending that I go to the walk-in centre. It turned out to be the very early stages of a nasty infection. The walk-in clinic gave me a letter for A&E to bypass triage, and I ended up being kept in for three nights on IV antibiotics. If I hadn't seen the pharmacist, I would probably have left it as it was only a small, slightly warm red mark.”
