“A really lovely pub. We like to eat inside and love the decor. Staff are super friendly and service excellent. (Server was Cello; last time we came it was Poppy- both lovely as was everyone else.) Four of us are vegetarian and chose very nice dishes (carrot soup; hummus dish; pimientos de Padrón; veggie wellington; goats cheese salad; fish and chips. We also love the soda bread.) Thank you for a very pleasant evening. (Photo from previous visit of delicious Camembert dip)”

“I have been to this pub a few times.since the new manager took over (i think he has been managing for around 8 months now). They are a very friendly community based team. Today for example a lady in a wheel chair was outside and asked me.to let.thr staff kmow she needed help. Thr manager immediately let.me tell him even though he was really busy. Came out straight away and mads the lady feel special and supported. He even tried to find a comfy seat available for her and one that was not high. When I have been here before the manager was again very chatty and explained he wamts customers.tk feel special and valued. He certainly has achieved this. The ither staff also are friendly and always approachable. You will be served here quickly as they make customers a priority.the food is amazing too.”

“Attended first Sunday lunch offering at Naughty Neighbour, the restaurant attached to Lawrence Arms. Started with a nice local beer, then the roast belly of pork with all the veg; also ordered the roast beef. All hot, tasty, filling, plus excellent hot gravy. We had booked and there were a few walkins. Finished with great apple crumble. Good value for money too, and reasonably priced wines.”

    Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London

    ★★★★☆ 4.5
    Open

“A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

    Rusty Bike Pub Mile End

    ★★★★☆ 4.4
    Open

“Rusty Bike Restaurant on Mile End Road provides a warm and casual dining experience with a cozy atmosphere. The service is friendly and attentive, making it a comfortable spot for a meal. I tried their Pad Thai, and it was well-executed. The noodles were cooked just right—soft yet with a bit of chew. The dish had a nice balance of flavors, with a hint of sweetness and savory notes that were enhanced by a squeeze of lime. The chicken pieces were tender and complemented the noodles well, along with fresh bean sprouts and crunchy vegetables, adding texture to each bite. While the Pad Thai was enjoyable, it could benefit from a bit more spice or tang to elevate the flavors further. Overall, Rusty Bike offers a good Pad Thai and a pleasant dining experience, making it worth a visit if you're in the area.”

    All Inn One Pub

    ★★★★☆ 4.4
    Open

“Love the beer selection and the tacos. I’ve always rated this pub and the previous owners, so this was big boots for the new owners to fill but I believe they have done it. The pub was never busy before, and I don’t believe it needed to be be but it is nice to see a big pub with more people in it. I think the biggest draw, is the pub now sells food. There are a lot more couples and families here now and it’s great to see. I think the beer and tacos are great and the atmosphere is nice and chilled.”

    The Village Pub

    ★★★★☆ 4.3
    Open

“My partner and I were staying at T Barns near this pub and stopped off for dinner. It was filled with locals at 8pm on a Thursday. In a small town, this appears to be the heart of it! The food was absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend the £75 steak for two. Though at a glance this seems overly expensive, the meat cut was the best I’ve ever had (and as a steak lover myself, this is going far). It came with two hearty portions of chunky chips and fine green beans. Would 1000% recommend. The second highlight of this venue is the staff. We were greeted by a group of the most friendly people I’ve ever encountered! Each one of them came to speak with us, engaging in conversations about the food/personal recommendations, the town and its history and our own personal stories. A special shout out to Charlie, who gave us an in depth history of this pub. We loved it here and if we are ever passing by, will definitely go again.”

    Prince of Peckham Pub

    ★★★★☆ 4.3
    Open

“Popped into Prince of Peckham last week on a whim after the place we’d planned to eat still wasn’t open by 12.10pm — and I’m so glad we did. The pub was absolutely spotless, genuinely one of the cleanest I’ve been in. Our server was warm, friendly and had great style. We asked for food recommendations and she happily shared her favourites, checked in on us, and nothing was too much trouble. It was my friend’s first time there and she loved it. We ended up having a great time and I’d definitely go back again. Highly recommend.”

“Our visit to the Bear for a meal was brilliant. We went to the cinema before, and because I knew we’d be arriving late on a Sunday (3:45) I specified what roast we’d like just incase they were running low. Anyway, the team did a great job holding our food back for us as requested as they did run out. It was delicious! Lovely cosy calm atmosphere too (and my Irish boyfriend loved his Guinness).”

“The breakfast is fantastic. Hot, delicious, and all you can eat. Parking is expensive although typical for London. £16 per day when I visited. (Less if needing 10 hours or less.) Clean, in good repair. Secure, again, typical for London, but slightly annoying, in my opinion, e.g. you have to use your card for the lifts. I got a good price.”
