“Amazing little place wondered around the area and found this place had a look and decided to stop in, having never heard or tried Romanian cuisine it was an uncertainty but I was gladly surprised. Would recommend it to any one in the area. Decently priced and the food was OK can't really compare it to other places but it was a generally nice experience in a pretty bland street.”

“Loved, loved this place! We sat outside and had the meze for two was absolutely delicious. The lamb sambousek was a standout, the best I’ve had so far. We also enjoyed the double apple shisha. The staff were very sweet, and the whole vibe of enjoying Lebanese cuisine on Edgware Road made the experience even better. Highly recommend!”

“Terrific Cantonese restaurant with all the classic dishes, we had 5 dishes here tonight and we loved it all! The Salt Baked Cornfed Chicken was excellent and the Stuffed Tofu/Aubergine/Green Peppers too. The Mixed Meat Crispy Mein was great, and the Crispy Squid in Chillies n Salt. Service from staff very friendly... a very recommended restaurant”

“Came here with a friend for lunch & was greeted by a friendly waiter who seated us. Has a very wide variety on menu & good prices. Good arrives pretty quickly & is very fresh & tasty. Good portion sizes as well. Waiter explained the options available with the skewers which was either 2 with chips or rice or 3 with bread & sauces. We asked if salad serves with meal & he said no but could order a side salad as well which was lovely & fresh. This came with our starters which was not a problem. When mains came they were served with a lettuce & raw onion as well as bread with a spicy sauce which made the meals very filling in now . Unfortunately we could not eat all but definitely great value for money. The only slight thing that let down service was when asked if we were finished we said yes & for the Fatayer to be packed for takeaway. At this point I would have expected the waiter to clear our table but instead we were left seated with our unfinished plates. Would have been nicer experience if they had been cleared away & not left until after we had paid bill & left. Despite this small let down would come back again as food was very good.”

“Very good service from Waheed He is very kind and generous. We order via Uber and by mistake place a wrong pizza , immediately I called and spoke with Waheed and he was absolute life saver . He look after order and was very polite to deal with it. He made sure to send right one and served warm . The paneer pizza is always the best one . Quick and easy order.”

“I stay at NOX Edgware Road regularly as it actually works out cheaper (and easier!) than getting the train in from home. I’ve always had a really pleasant experience — the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the showers are great! I know some of the reviews on here aren’t the best, but personally, I’ve never had a problem. It’s perfect for a short stay in London, and the location is ideal. Always a reliable, comfortable option for me.”

“One of the best places I've been in a long time. The customer service was amazing, so friendly and polite, fast service. The atmosphere was lovely. The food itself was divine! “August 2024: We had an extremely pleasant stay in this hotel. We appreciated that our room had been fully refurbished and that our window was facing the smaller side street, not Edgware Road. Daily cleaning of room and change of towels, complimentary tea and coffee amenities, relatively big TV screen, very good bathroom. There is a staff member at the reception desk 24/7, and all the staff members were very friendly. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so we cannot say anything about that. The immediate area to the left of the hotel is very Arabic, that‘s true. But it did not bother us at all. To the right you take a few steps and are by the canal and in Little Venice. We recommend the bar Vagabond for wine or beer and the restaurant/ café boat Darcie & Mae Green for a drink in Little Venice in the evening and the 101 Church Street Café for budget-friendly and very good full English breakfast in "Little Beirut“. Update August 2025: Because we liked our stay so much last year, we decided to stay at the same hotel again for a couple of days in August 2025. We enjoyed our stay as much as we did last year. This time we booked it including breakfast. The breakfast was simple but really OK, especially considering the low costs. It is true that the Wi-Fi is not very good, but it didn‘t bother us.”

“The staff were very helpful and nice! The room was smaller than I expected, but it was clean. I really liked that the room had a tiny fridge and an electric water heater. The location is great! Close to Edgware road station, which allowed me to go to several touristic places easily. The restaurant options around the hotel are very diverse and I really enjoyed having close by foods from so many different cultures.”
