“Wow. This is the best Chinese I've ever had. Trust me, I've tasted almost every Chinese in the UK, but this is by far the best. The quantity of the food is top-notch. Will defo go there again. Found this place through tiktok. Amazing food. Can't recommend enough. The only downside is, last time they ran out of the salt and pepper family box since it's their most popular item.”

“We were delighted with the service extended by the staff of this Starbucks. Eugene served us and he was pleasant and friendly, totally reminding us what Starbucks is all about. I needed some hot water and he was kind enough to ask me what size of cup I wanted and even gave a cup cover. The Christmas selections are excellent particularly the Egg Nog latte and Iced Chocolate Mousse Latte. A big thank you to Eugene and the rest of the team for making our short visit delightful.”

“We had a fabulous prosecco afternoon tea at the Botanical Brasserie. We used a voucher through virgin experiences for Kew gardens+afternoon tea. You need to pre-book your table for afternoon tea, which we did 3 weeks before and had a lot of selection of times etc. We sat outside with views overlooking the lake and palm house; umbrellas provided welcomed shade. Staff were happy to seat us 45 mins before our booked slot (2.30pm), which was really helpful. The staff were attentive, checking on us regularly and our afternoon tea came out very quickly. The selection of cakes and scones were delicious. The sandwiches were lovely, nothing overly special, but nice all the same. A lovely atmosphere and beautiful afternoon. I'd recommend it.”

“Not sure what to make of some of the reviews below but the PT is definitely a hit with the locals. They've definitely never let me down! We had a booking of 20 after work on a busy Friday night and it was one of our best curry nights out. Really looked after us, the owner is a local legend so we'll be back for more!”

“I've just checked out this morning and have to say the overall experience I had during my one night stay was very good. Much better than I had expected having read the recent reviews. Even taking into consideration the budget price, the room was a good size, clean, the bed was comfortable. The dinner and breakfast, though not as good as Premier Inn's, were adequate for the price and the staff on reception and in the dining area were polite and attentive. Not much to improve on in all honesty. Thank you.”

“I popped in today to book a party for my daughter. Incredibly friendly, a very nice atmosphere and a much needed facelift for the place. The fridges are full, looks very welcoming and more like a cafe with pottery. We are very excited to be going tomorrow, will update the review after that”

“Stayed here with trepidation given the mixed reviews but can honestly say I enjoyed my stay. For a very low price you get a decent sized room (much bigger than many I’ve stayed in in central London), a hot shower and clean facilities, comfortable beds, 24/7 front desk, bar and restaurant on site, convenient location for nearby sites (Hampton Court Palace, Richmond Park, Ham House, Wimbledon), helpful and friendly staff and the option to pay a small fee for car parking, a good breakfast or early check-in/late check-out. We even had a nice view overlooking the church next door. Yes, the room was warm but NOT unbearably so. Criticisms about lack of aircon aren’t exactly fair. It isn’t common to find aircon in London hotel rooms and you get what YOU pay for!”

“It’s a decent hotel if you’re in the area . Parking 8£ get there early , I drive a pick up and parking was sufficient! Chap at the front desk is brilliant and helpful . Location is brilliant for the area , card machine wasn’t working at the restaurant but we sorted that and they were very helpful. Didn’t eat any food but the beer was decent ! Room was fine for the price , it was clean and bedding is good ! Fire alarm went off for some reason but could just be a fault”

“Found Shipletts on the Richmond tourism website and was a little nervous about not going through something like AirBnB but everything was wonderful. We rented the two bedroom unit by Richmond station for a week. It was spacious and fairly quiet given the location. It was minutes away from the tube/overground and network rail, and close to so many great cafes and shops. We got a comprehensive tour on arrival, and the hosts were nearby in case of any issues. Well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure to come ‘home’ at the end of each days adventures.”

“Been to this branch many times. Each time the pizza was ready in under 10 mins. Nearby Waitrose is also very convenient. Staff are polite and helpful. A shame that the Putney branch closed though.”

Moreover, the level of service to go above and beyond I experienced recently with Abdullah. I accidentally selected the pickup option and it was snowing - instead of me losing my money, he so kindly dropped the pizza to my door at his shift end. “An excellent bus stop. It is conveniently located on the pavement at the edge of the road, it has a bus stop sign to let passengers and bus drivers know it is a bus stop, seats (of a sort) and even a roof for when it rains. One of my favourite bus stops in London.”

“Just had the best customer support experience. Our pizza was accidentally delivered to the neighbours, who kept it. The team were super sweet and just redid the order. The delivery man took some time to have a nice chat when delivering the second round of pizzas. If you are reading this, thanks again! :)”

“It’s a very nice place for a cup of coffee. We sat inside, enjoy the view of nature through glass. The seating arrangement is spacious, feeling very relaxed after long walking in the Kew. Cappuccino is creamy and smooth. We ordered French fries but have to wait until 12:00, very generous size and fresh. Will definitely come again.”

“I have passed Piza Go Go many times, so decided to check it out after reading the mixed bag of reviews, rather than takes someone else's word for it, if the staff were rude, piza cold and uncooked, and if it was as terrible that people say it was. So my findings: The staff ere polite, working very hard, taking orders via Internet and phone as well as dealing with customers in the shop. I observed how other customers were treated with respect, while ordering two large super size pizzas. The shop became very busy, and systematically the staff cooking piza dealt with all orders calmy. I ordered a large ham and pine apple with garlic bread, quietly observed the process of my food being prepared from fresh and then cooked. My piza arrived pipping hot and so did my garlic bread. I noticed how other customers waited patiently for their orders. I had a drive back home, so the piza sat on the car seat, got slightly cold, which was my doing, but it's easy to re-heat and felt it was cooked as l watched it being cooked properly, also the garlic bread was delicious. I suppose people experience things differently, sometimes things don't go the way they want it, also l have witnessed how people can create a negative situation, insulting people serving them. From my visit l saw the friendly rapore from the customers and the staff at this piza takeaway. I understood the staff member was very busy, so was happy to wait. In general my experience was a positive one as well as consuming one vert tasty piza.”
