They sent a wrong drill bit type once and had the correct one with me by the end of the next day which is the customer service you need from suppliers, mistakes happen but the important part is the resolution and they more than stepped up. “Went into the shop on Saturday 18/01 and got the best service! The member of staff Jessie was unsure of what I wanted and got Daniel the Branch Manager to Help. Meanwhile the rest of the staff were joking and laughing with me other customers and amongst themselves! You can tell there is a great relationship between them.
