He arrived perfectly on time as agreed, completed checks swiftly and efficiently. Nikesh was very friendly and very respectful of our space.”

“Almost every time I’ve been there, I have been given something for free. The other day I bought two bao buns and they gave me an extra two for free, this has happened more than once. Today I received a free packet of Ramen. There are so many more examples of this that I can’t put it into this review 20/10 recommend this place. Has a massive variety and at a reasonable price. “Excellent service. Shower was 10/10. Breakfast was good. If traveling by car, location is not great but there is a parkade next to the hotel - £31.50 per 12 - 24hr. Room was £245 but well worth it. The coffee pods in the room were a nice touch. There is also a fridge if you have water etc.”

“The most amazing kind staff I have ever experienced in any NHS facility. I came in for a difficult coil removal and was quite nervous. My nurse Amanda and doctor Sara were the most kind, caring, patient and assuring people who turned a scary experience into something bearable. Without their knowledge, assurance and patience I doubt I could have gone through with it. They are an asset to the other women who come see them. Thank you so much.”

“What an incredible find five minutes walk from the town centre. Very tastefully decorated in a minimalistic fashion. Everything looked freshly refurbished. The bedroom and en suite bathroom looked as though they had been recently decorated and were very nicely done. No expense had been spared. My only complaints were that the upstairs hallway was unbearably hot and nobody attended to the room whilst we were out. Nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay here. The available food was unusual and not as described on their website so be aware but it was still tasty and served its purpose of filling us up before we went out. There is onsite parking which consisted of two spaces and a disabled bay so they will be allocated on a first come first served basis. I believe that there is public parking nearby but cannot confirm.”

“Rooms are spacious for two! - At no extra cost! Friendliest Staff available on hand! Kitchen is a bit small for people who like cooking a lot. Right next to Kingston Station and Cromwell Bus station, easiest way to access other places from by walking for 30 seconds either side of the exit. Overall a great student accommodation with access to a common room, washer room and a bike storage room for any extra needs!”

“The staff at the Kingston office were brilliant in handling an unfortunate drain blockage in one of the flats. They were on the case immediately, organised someone to deal with the problem and kept me informed throughout. Highly recommended”
