When I was walking down the main road to the shop I was a little worried as it looked a bit run down, however as soon as I saw the shop I was pleasantly surprised. Such a pretty outside, when I opened the door I loved it. Big shiny chandeliers and flowers everywhere. I wish I took a picture of the inside! Had a slight issue where I was double booked however we were both seen and Tag, my hairdresser worked her butt of to sort us two customers out. Tag was very quick and so skilled. I did come out with a slightly different style to that which I originally wanted but I asked her to decide what she thought was best, and I'm glad I did. I absolutely love my hair style. I had a balayage. First time having any colour and drastic change to my hair and I am so in love with it. The team work very well together. I believe the nail technician was called April, she washes my hair and I was so relaxed I wanted to fall asleep! Shooq was very friendly and all the ladies there are so beautiful. I have a new found confidence now thanks to Tag. Thank you so much :-*”

She is very consistent and thorough and handles my sensitive skin with care when doing a full body wax - providing helpful advice. “Such lovely staff and amazing nails Updated 2 years later The detail on all the nails I get here are incredible. The reviews on Google I believe do not reflect the staff's time and quality. To back up the staff here I'd say any reviews that mention wrong colours or misapplication is either due 1. if you book a gel appointment and then end up choosing a regular nail polish they advise you a similar colour they have in the gel range same applies for any manicure, sns, biab and acrylic. I've had my nails done here at least 6 or 7 times a year and many times I have complicated designs which take 2-3 hours sometimes the colour won't match the pictures I've chosen to show (BECAUSE ONLINE IS FILTERED OR UNLIMITED COLOURS ARE NEVER AVAILABLE). So compromise is needed even when the design is 10/10. Continuously throughout every appointment, I speak up if there's something I disagree with, shorter longer shape, colour the whole nine. Nail techs can't always read minds and especially when everyone have different standards and expectations for their nails. If you don't ask you don't get, entitlement alone is no excuse. Love you team see you for my Christmas nail. P.S Speaking in Vietnamese, Mandarin or any language isn't illegal they're all family there :)”
