“After researching weight loss medications and not being interested in purchasing online I contacted Day Lewis. The initial consultation and subsequent ones are thorough which is exactly what I was looking for as I didn't want to just be prescribed something and left to it. Within the medication cost is a monthly face to face consultation, blood pressure check and weigh in. No hidden extras. An added bonus is a phone call mid month to check in on my progress. My prescriber is a lovely lady who made me feel at ease from day 1 showing genuine interest in my progress. For anyone also researching this type of medication it’s easy to book your consultation online through the website or popping into the pharmacy. The monthly cost is less than the 2 major high street stores offering a similar service, it’s obviously a little more than purchasing online but you receive a personal service and the medication in hand rather than through the post which takes away a lot of worry as to whether it will arrive on time bearing mind it needs to be refrigerated until the time of opening. Having passed on Day Lewis details to others they are receiving the same level of care whether in the Streatham branch or others when they don’t live in the area. A big thank you to my prescriber for her time and excellent level of customer care.”

“I had the pleasure of visiting the Temple Fortune branch of Boots today (30-01-25). I was welcomed into the store by a young lady who introduced herself as Nikita. She had a warm smile on her face and she asked how she could helped me. She directed me to the part of the shop where I found exactly what I was looking for. I asked why I had not seen her there before - she told she was only working there this week as part of her university work experience. An absolute pleasure to deal with such a friendly, professional and individual. I wish her the best of luck and hope she continues to help people in the same manner she helped me today. Thank you.”

“I like boots its clean and tidy most of the time they are helpful yes they can be slow but some of them are very busy with other customers as I pick my family tablets. When I buy things they are good some of the staff are helpful. It's depends on who there. I been to boots for years when the other boots was open a few doors from Argos.”

“I live local and have used the shop many times every single time I go there all staff are pleasant , friendly and polite absolutely head and shoulders above the usual misers you meet In Local shops there is a real community spirit feel in Shaunz stores, always greeted with friendly hello and a smile even my 2 sons are not ignored a credit to shopkeepers every and setting the bar as to how a shop should be run I think the last negative reviewer probably misread the pricing labels on coke. My 8 year old is always excited to see what the shop sign is displaying such as Christmas and Easter, he always knows when we are near home as we pass this wonderfully local shop”

“I've been using this pharmacy for most of my life and I must say with great respect that all pharmacists and counter staff provide an outstanding healthcare service at all times. No matter how busy they are, staff goes the extra mile to help and support with any queries regarding medication. The lady pharmacists at this branch are very mindful of customers needs. There's been several occasions when the pharmacists chased prescription on behalf of the patient and got things moving forward. There is definitely a real caring and serving attitude amongst staff and that makes me and my family feel relaxed and satisfied. I wanted to acknowledge a fantastic young pharmacist named Ria, I was assisting an elderly relative of mine who was incredibly confused with prescription dispensing delays a couple weeks ago, thankfully when we arrived the prescriptions were being prepared, as I mostly assist this elderly relative remotely I asked a few questions in terms of each medication and the process of prescription requests via Gp etc. Ria was incredibly patient, attentive and knowledgeable she gave us her full attention, her assistance has helped me a lot! I was able to notify the supervisor on site that day and I wanted to follow up with this review, thanks again Ria!”

I was having issues with my advantage card and Sharon went above and beyond to rectify this error for me. She was patient, friendly and very caring. “Our fridge freezer failed after a prolonged spell of hot weather, so a replacement had to be found. We shopped around but speed was of the essence. As it turned out the best deal for both product and installation speed was Visions, our local Euronics store. Fiona was able to source a Bosch that fitted our specification and installed it within a couple of days, (weekend included) removing the old one for a reasonable charge. Result -- one happy customer.”

Every time I go in, he greets customers with a smile and treats everyone with respect, no matter how busy he is. He remembers regular customers, often asks how your day has been, and even makes small talk that feels friendly but never forced. He’s also really helpful, On top of that, he keeps the shop clean, well-stocked, and open late, which shows he cares about the community. They consistently have the triumvirate of existence: my specific roll on, my particular body lotion, and the correct flavour of toothpaste. Plus, I can order the essentials online and pick them up with zero fuss, which is the definition of peak human evolution. The staff at the till are consistently delightful, friendly, and efficient. They are truly the best of us. They also, without fail, ask me the one question for which I have no good answer: "Do you have a Boots card?" It is a lovely tradition, like a small, polite toll I must pay to leave with my deodorant. Five stars for convenience, but deduct ten points from my non existent loyalty balance for failing the loyalty test every time.”
