“I came into Halfords about 20 minutes before closing time looking for a headlight bulb. A team member kindly asked if I needed any assistance, and John came over twice to check in and help me find exactly what I needed. He was very helpful and professional. Once I’d picked out the bulb, John asked if I’d like it fitted, and he quickly arranged for another gentleman to do it. As soon as I stepped outside, the gentleman kindly asked if it was about the headlight and fitted it in no time! I was out in less than 10 minutes. There was light on my dashboard indicating low tyre pressure, a young gentleman helped me select the right tyre pressure unit, his advice was unbiased and client focus. After this Luke gave my car a check up, filled up the screen wash, topped up the oil as well as checking the air pressure for the tyres. Great Team cannot praise them enough.”

“Went there for a wheel alignment today - as a last minute request. Razz assist me and he was such a honest and knowledgeable individual. The car had a lot of suspension work done so needed adjustment twice. Razz did mention this so had to re visit on the same day and he had adjusted it again, despite being on his own on a Sunday. Showed me everything transparently and explained the reason why the car needed alignment. Excellent service overall and would highly recommend this centre and Razz!”
