“A super find when we searched for a gastrobar between Roedean & London. Food was excellent, and the service was superb. I appreciated how they tried their best to nudge things along as we had expressed concern over our schedule when we made the reservation. Loved the local garden inclusions in the menu. “As a huge fan of Persian & Iranian cuisine, I have to say that this place is a solid 10. The garlic and sesame naan was fragrant and deliciously paired with the juicy koobideh kebab. The rice were fragrant and the flavours enhanced when we asked for some butter to go with them. Good indoor and outdoor seating. Attentive service. Fair pricing about £25pp”

“Wow, honestly what can I say. Understated location which packs a punch!! From the second you walk in, greeted by Zam and Sumit who were the best hosts all evening. But even the exceptional service was outshone by the supreme quality of the food. Unable to fault start to finish. Flavours like nothing else in the area. A must visit!!”

“Very elegant, nice and quiet place for breakfast or lunch. Feeling warm and cozy sitting by the side of the window. It’s shame that the menu is not available today but still have variety food selection including toast, sandwiches, cake, tart or cookies etc. Latte smell really good and hot. The seller patiently explain to us what ingredients for the sandwich while my little one can’t eat spicy. It’s a 5 stars cafe!”

“Went there for lunch. Aged ribeye steak and chargeilled chicken breast are delicious. Lunch menu has a lot of choices. Good food and atmosphere with nice music. Gelato is yummy.”

“We came here for dinner via the Fork. Place is close to Richmond station with free parking nearby after 4:30pm. We got the poppadum. We had the pani puri, sheekh kebab and paneer tikka. All were great with a kick to it. For the main we got Lamb saag and chicken curry with naan and rice. The food was quite spicy and flavourful. Bill was around £55 which is reasonable.”

We had our reunion lunch here a couple of weeks ago. we have been doing this for a number of years and the food is always fantastic, service quick and friendly and always a great atmosphere . How they can offer, to a large group, such a great range of meals to such a high standard is beyond me. We have already booked for next year !”

Watch out when they bring out the sizzling beef and its smoke haha but beside that the dishes are tasty, the service attentive and the room not too loud. The Menu A Standard is perfect selection. The soup and the curry were delicious. The Ice cream is not very exciting though. Conveniently located less than 10 min walk from Richmond station.”

“I never enjoyed soft shell crab like how we did at Yum Sa. Every item we ordered tasted great and nothing disappointed. The best items we had were the satay chicken, grilled prawns, and the soft shell crab. Massaman curry was good too. Jungle curry was alright. The cocktails were also good with their unique twist on the traditional cocktails. Do note the pictures of the food are outdated as it looks like they may have changed their menu. For instance we wanted to try their pad Thai wrapped in omelette but didn't see that particular dish in the menu. There is a pad Thai but there was no mention of omelette in it. So we didn't order it. Also we went in assuming the portion size are also small based on the images but when the food looked much bigger when we saw the food in front of our eyes. So order accordingly.”

“We had our Work Christmas Lunch on 18/12/2025, the Christmas menu was AMAZING! Plenty of food on the plate, we ordered some extra trimmings, which wasn't necessarily needed but definitely happy we had them as the food was sooo good we just could stop eating! Service was friendly and the whole lunch was a success. All my team commented afterwards how great the Christmas Lunch was this year. Thank you very much!”

“Wedding venue We got married at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond on the 18th of October and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. We chose the winter wedding package, and everything from start to finish was beautifully organised. Laure was absolutely wonderful – calm, patient, and so responsive throughout the whole planning process. She explained everything clearly, gave fantastic advice, and it was lovely to have her there on the day with her calm, kind and reassuring manner. The venue looked stunning, with the room very professionally set up and the riverside location providing a beautiful backdrop. The food was exceptional – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how smoothly the whole day ran. The fire pit, hot chocolate, and mulled wine were the perfect added touches for an autumn wedding. A huge thank you to Laure, Sherry, and the entire team at the Bingham Riverhouse for making our wedding day so special. Everything was flawless, and we’ll remember the day for years to come. I was greeted so warmly by everyone downstairs and then Alex upstairs was just great - friendly, really efficient without rushing anyone, knew all about the menu, suggested I download the app and explained the fab rewards (I received free dough balls!). During our visit, we ordered the beef dupbap, salmon poke, and tuna poke, and each dish was a standout. The beef dupbap was hearty and satisfying, with tender beef layered over perfectly cooked rice, elevated by the café’s signature wasabi soybean sauce that added a subtle, savory kick. The salmon and tuna poke bowls were equally impressive, with fresh, vibrant ingredients harmonized by a spicy mayonnaise dressing that brought just the right amount of heat and creaminess. Every bite felt balanced and thoughtfully prepared, showcasing the kitchen’s knack for blending bold flavors with comfort. To top it all off, we sipped on their latte, which was surprisingly excellent—smooth, well-balanced, and the perfect complement to the meal. The inviting ambiance and friendly service only added to the experience, making Café Macarong a must-visit for anyone craving comforting yet elevated dishes near Kew Gardens. “A decent pub, I liked it. Probably because of its proximity to the park, the pub was crowded on Sunday, with as many dogs as people. I was also with my dog, so the atmosphere was pleasant. My friends and I sat by the fireplace with a fire, and in the hall, there was a faint smell of smoke, and the dull crackling of logs in the fire could be heard. The Sunday roast was delicious. I liked the half chicken, though the potatoes weren't tasty. The cider is the best you can get, Aspal. A wonderful Sunday before Christmas. I recommend that you visit here too.”

“Hidden Gem In Putney I recently visited The Arab Boy and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The atmosphere of the pub is cozy and welcoming, a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. I ordered the fish and chips, and it was simply divine – crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, just as it should be. To complement my meal, I enjoyed a pint of Guinness, which was perfectly poured and served cold. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was to my liking.
