“I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. We have had numerous issues with her and her first visit feels like we got further than any other place we have been too! Couldn’t find a fault at all”

“My dog came back smelling so good, his nails were also trimmed very well. The staff are very nice and try to accommodate the grooming according to your dog. Highly recommend this place for bath, nail clipping, ear cleaning and anal gland expression. Their pricing is very reasonable and charged us £30 (everything included).”

“This is the best Goddard's I have come across, friendly and efficient. I moved from Kennington branch as they were quite rude and seemed uninterested. Here everyone is very friendly. “My elderly Father has been taking his beloved cat Bubbles to the PDSA for years but recently has not been very happy with their service & treatment. I suggested Vets at home as I used to take my dog to my local store. As soon as she was on the table & after a little explaining of her symptoms, she was diagnosed, recieved an injection, medication given & suggestions of other products & ideas of things we could try to help her. “We had to make an emergency appointment after one of our dogs trod on a hornet. It was immediately clear he had a nasty reaction. We were so thankful that we were fitted in to see Sam. She was so good with our nervous rescue dog. He was clearly distressed and in pain, but Sam's gentle and patient approach allowed her to examine him comprehensively. She gave clear guidance about the treatment plan, and we were clear about what to keep under observation over the next few days. Our dog recovered, during the timescale Sam predicted.”

I was kept informed throughout and meticulously advised on her meds and how to administer. So much care and trouble has been taken every step of the way. “Cerdic Grimbly is the best Veterinary Surgeon along with Holly Swaby and Emma Whitaker. All the Veterinary Nurses, Support Staff and the Practice Manager have always been absolutely fantastic with me and both of my Cats over the past few years. Even when I had to put one of my Cats to sleep they were very professional, understanding and compassionate. They also sent a lovely condolence card. I went to Midland Veterinary Surgery again today with my newest Cat for his 6 month health check, yearly vaccination, nail clipping, de-worming, flea treatment and he is doing really well and is very healthy.
