“I been in this clinic from January when i got my first lovely naughty cat, what can I say they are wonderful people!!! the first experience was an emergency because my cat had eaten a thread and was really sick, hills vet took care of my Camilla as if she were their cat and the and the most important thing for me is that mine kitten when we go there she feels at home. ❤️❤️ I recommend this place to all my friends and their are very happy! “I have never written a google review before. However, I felt compelled to do so because of the exceptional service received by all the staff at Goddard Veterinary in New Addington. This is the first kitten I have had as an adult, and I wanted to give her the best start in life, so I visited 2 vets in my location. I could not believe how I was totally ignored at the first vet I visited. I thought if they could ignore a human, then I didn't know what they would do to my kitten. So I then visited Goddard Veterinary and was so happy how Marie spoke to me and explained everything to me. First impressions really do count! Since then, I registered my kitten, and she has attended there and is now an adult cat. She has been looked after so well. I would like to say a very big thank you to Marie, Liz, Helen, and Paulo for all their hard work and how kind, caring, and professional they have all been. I chose to write this review 22 months after having my first visit in order to give a true perspective of the service I have received so far. I would not hesitate for anyone to choose this vet to look after their pets.”

“Yesterday I phoned because my cat was having difficulty swallowing. I got through straightaway to a receptionist who was kind and understanding and gave me an immediate appointment. At the appointment the vet was clear about the problem, the cost, and next actions and possible outcomes. My cat was treated and we took her home a few hours later. Some grass was lodged in her throat and she had lost a lot of weight. The cost of £275 was well worth it. Thank you so much for your compassionate care.”

“We have always had amazing experiences with this vet. My dog hates the vets and they always do anything to make her comfortable. They sit on the floor with her and never offer treats (she has a bad tummy) which shows they have read her file.”

“Yesterday I popped into thamesmead practice for advise and I must say how helpful and professional the lady was. I purchased what I thought was a 8 week old jack Russell I didn't believe it was that old.The receptionist booked me a app for today so a vet could check him over I went to my app it was on time not like the PDSA .The vet checked my Boris over and confirmed he was only 6 weeks but then he advised me to book his injections for -3 weeks time .When I left I was told because it was a puppy check my visit was free today very impressed is a under statement thanks again”

“Excellent care and service from this team of knowledgeable vets and nurses. My cats have been going there for 8 years since it first opened. My Tosca suffered from hyperthyroidism and they managed to get her diagnosis correct after I tried two other vets before. She flourished and carried on living another 7 beautiful years until 23. Their in clinic services range from your routine clinical care to acupuncture and access to specialist services such as ophthalmology. All the vets are up to speed on the latest treatment and research which means a lot when you are dealing with geriatric cats. The office and reception team is professional and empathetic. Even during Covid I felt supported in getting the medical needs of my cats met. Yes it is pricy however knowing that my cats are in the best possible care means the world to me and all the prices are communicated clearly beforehand so there are no nasty surprises.”

“Lily, a 2.5 year old greyhound was admitted to Wylies a few weeks ago. She was extremely poorly and had pneumonia. She was in critical care for 3 nights. The care she received was first class. It is honestly down to the hard work of the vet team that she is here today with me. I was so impressed with the care she received, I have moved my other 3 greyhounds to Wylies. A huge thank you to Anna, Gemma and Lewis who was amazing with Lily. Also, thank you to the reception team who were always so kind to me every single time I visited and was upset. You are all fabulous and I will be forever grateful to you for saving Lily and also for the kindness you showed me xx”

“A vets that care, not just about your pet, but also about you and how difficult finances are for most at the moment. From looking at previous reviews- they may get it wrong sometimes (they’re only human) but they do care and they also help you to prevent things. A lot of vets won’t help you prevent problems because they want the big bill. But this vets will warn you before it costs you a fortune”

“We had gone in for a scan to see if our dog had pups and found out with 5 mins of being there aswell as we had trouble getting to the address because of traffic but the person who was in charge of the scan was extremely understanding for us being so late. Very highly recommended.”

“I took my dog in today to see nurse Abbie due to a lump that appeared on my dogs leg. Abbie was extremely kind, attentive and thorough. I was worried about whether the lump was benign or not and she kindly took my dog to the vet who pricked the lump and was able to confirm that it was a cyst. Everything she explained to me was clear and it really felt like she took the time help.”

“I can't say enough great things about Vetcall whom I have been with for over 10 years. From the moment we walk in, the staff are warm and welcoming, making both me and my pet feel comfortable. The veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure all my questions are answered as im a bit dim ! What really stands out is their genuine care for animals—they treat my dog as if she were their own. I was recently hospitalised for a very serious medical condition and called to cancel my dogs appointment for the following day as i would not have been able to take my dog for her monthly treatment but after speaking to Zoe (someone who is extraordinary at the best of times) she arranged for a home visit. “I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. We have had numerous issues with her and her first visit feels like we got further than any other place we have been too! Couldn’t find a fault at all”
