“Wow. This has to be one of the best cafes I’ve ever been to! It’s located in the Northern Quarter (Manchester) and it’s situated in an urban area. When you walk inside, you are greeted with a calming fountain and a beautiful atmosphere, just as calming as the fountain. You talk to the staff, who are very nice and kind (10/10) and order your drink (if you want). There is also a wide array of affordable food, you can get cakes, chapatis and quesadillas as well. I ordered Karma Cola (sugar-free) which doesn’t taste like any other cola, it tastes better. The cola isn’t too sweet as well, compared to other colas. You explore around the cafe, curiously, and find the Library. Now, this library is the calmest library I’ve ever been to. Shelves are filled with books and the room is painted in an ambient brown, making it feel even more calming. You look around the library, head to toe in a sense of tranquil. No music is played here. It’s very quiet. You leave the cafe satisfied and calm. Overall, you need to try this cafe, it’s great. The staff are nice, it is affordable, drinks are high quality and if you are looking for a cafe where you can study or just relax, this is the right place for you.”

“What a fantastic store! Took my Nanna shopping today and she can't walk much anymore. We didn't have her wheelchair, the staff provided one for her and couldn't be more accommodating for her! “I recently popped into Waitrose Altrincham to pick up a parcel from John Lewis. I was met with a queue that had literally just developed as a few people who had walked through the doors in front of me joined it. I resigned myself to a wait as we were in the lead up to Xmas. Within a minute several staff appeared to deal with the queue and all customers were dealt with in no time. I was impressed and just wanted to say, well done Waitrose Altrincham.”

“What absolutely brilliant service from Annie at the Trafford Centre Branch. I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. Annie reassured me and explained everything so well and answered all of my questions; I had way too many. The customer service I received was exceptional, Lakeland have found themselves a great employee here. No doubt if I ever go in store there one day, I’ll know who to speak to. “I regard Anita, the owner of this beautiful Boutique as my personal Florist. Not only is she absolutely amazing at what she does but she is the most wonderfully kind and compassionate person. You can call her with a description of the type of arrangement that you want and Anita will go over and beyond to see that you are never disappointed. This week she created the most incredible Wreath for my Aunt who sadly passed away and I was blown away by the incredible work, love and intricate detail that Anita put into the project. Thank you so much!! I would highly recommend this Business as the go to for all Floral requirements as well as delicious Coffee, Chocolates, Wines and Cards!”

“I went here with my family as I was intrigued with the layout. Fortunately it was only us as the space is small and intimate. I liked the cushion seating which gave the atmosphere a Middle Eastern vibe. When the food came I was pleasantly surprised with how filling the Arab Breakfast was; it was just right not too bloated and overly full. The hummus, bread, falafel were all very tasty, freshly made, moist and fluffy. We shared the Tiramisu and it was divine ! ♥️”

The shop is always neat and tidy and they have put snazzy new fridge freezers in which look great and offer a super choice of good quality frozen foods. Every single member of staff really friendly - I shop there at least once a day and am so grateful they are open till 8pm in case I have forgotten snacks for the evening. Well worth a visit”
