“Bought a pair of shoes and ended up with 2 different sizes which was really frustrating after wearing them. I took them back and the lady was really helpful and swapped them for a brand new pair both the same size. Mistakes happen so I appreciated this getting sorted so quickly.”

“I play in the Stockport badminton league and when I needed a new racket recently I came to Crampsport on recommendation from some of the other league players. He has a great setup with his racket shop at the back of his house. There’s loads of stock in there to choose from with many of the top brands in stock. It’s great to be able to chat to and hear advice from an experienced player who knows about racket weights and balance, string tensions etc. I don’t know of anywhere else in the Stockport region you can get that. I ignored the previous poor comments as it looked to me like a couple of bitter individuals and I’m really glad I did as I got fabulous service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend them to other players.”

“It's not often that I'd give this store five stars as the staff have tended to be a tad surly and make you feel as though you're inconveniencing them when you ask whether they've got a pair in a size ten. So, what a pleasant surprise today to find the cashier polite and smiling, folding the clothes and even wishing us a nice rest of the day. “I went to sports direct on Saturday to buy something I saw online and I asked one of the staff members on the upstairs till if they can help I’m pretty sure I heard someone radio her and her name is Emily or Emma and she was amazing always tried to help as much as she can and even though she couldn’t find the item then asked another member of staff if they know and then found it she was so caring and always tried to help out will be coming back here to shop”

“Went to Kick Game for the first time today and I was very impressed by the customer service, particularly Becky and Jason! I started off by selling a pair of Ochre Foam Runners which was an easy experience thanks to Jason and they gave me a good price. I then tried a couple of pairs of shoes on and again Becky was very helpful as she went to get multiple sizes for me. In the end I left with a pair of ‘Cool Grey’ Jordan 11s and was very satisfied with the store, would 100% shop there again. Plan to visit next time I’m in Manchester!”
