“I am a regular visitor with my assistance dog, and even though we do not buy anything in the shop, we are always made to feel very welcome and my dog always receives a treat, and the son put air in my bicycle tyres, I really find the help and the welcome from this shop amazing and means a lot to me.”

“I came into store today after booking a collection online. My experience was great. I was served quickly by a member of staff who was brilliant! I ordered Post Crete and it was heavy so, having a leg injury, I asked would someone please carry it to my car. They immediately said they would! They were great to chat to in thw process, asked me how I was with my injury, etc. Great member of staff and very professional, fast service. I'll have to pop in more! No good for us as we were leaving the caravan site Sunday morning. Then something came into his mind and he looked on computer and the items were in stock in the Bolton store. “Turned up at 10 minutes before closing time yesterday as I was struggling to assemble the grass box on a lawnmower I'd had delivered from Screwfix. The staff member I spoke to ( I didn't note his name unfortunately ), could easily have had one eye on the clock and asked me to come back the next day, but he couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, and promptly solved the problem for me. Outstanding customer service.”
