“Turned up at 10 minutes before closing time yesterday as I was struggling to assemble the grass box on a lawnmower I'd had delivered from Screwfix. The staff member I spoke to ( I didn't note his name unfortunately ), could easily have had one eye on the clock and asked me to come back the next day, but he couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, and promptly solved the problem for me. The Travis Perkin app is very useful as you can check prices, compare products and give access to your builder to put in orders. I would suggest adding how to videos on some of the products like some other apps in the industry. Their delivery service is convenient with a tracking system which means you can do a Just In Time delivery so no need to wait around and you can turn up a stop before they arrive to your location. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable so if you are novice in the industry you have expertise to hand.
