“Me and my daughter called in for some lunch yesterday Fri 25th April. What can I say. Fabulous service and food was delicious and generous portions. I had black pudding bon bons to start and cheese and onion pie which came with chunky chips and a side pot of beans. My daughter had halloumi fries to start and a burger as her main. We were both very full after this . So didnt get chance to try the desserts . Food was hot and freshly made. Service was brilliant excellent staff . Will definitely be calling in again and would highly recommend.”

“Airport Padzzz! A very lovely and accommodating place to be. The room was portable and very neat. The beddings, towels and other accessories were so neat and on point. The heaters worked fine. The fragrance of the facility was welcoming. The shared kitchen was neat and well equipped. The beautiful thing about this property is the location. Very close to the Manchester Airport and easily accessible. A lovely place.”

“Absolutely amazing! So close to the train station which obviously is so nice We stayed in room 6. The room was lovely and clean, excellent variety in tea tray (oat milk option as well!) and still very spacious, especially for a budget option! Couldn’t have been more happy! Manager who gave us the keys was so friendly and nice. All in all amazing stay! Lovely to have the shower in the room as well (came with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was all very good quality and smelt vvv nice) Couldn’t have asked for better! Even came with ear plugs but we had no issues with any noise :) thank you so much!”

“We got married at Rylands Farmhouse in May and we couldn’t recommend it enough. From our first viewing of the venue to the morning after our wedding the service provided was second to none. The staff went above and beyond for us at every opportunity and nothing was too much to ask. Our wedding guests were blown away with the venue and the staff. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the breakfast the next day was delicious. Luis was with us from the beginning and throughout our whole wedding day and he was absolutely amazing! “Just back from a one night stay here and I cannot recommend highly enough. From the moment we arrived until we left everything was perfect. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room which was a one bedroom apartment was amazing. We had a living room with sofa and chair and a dining area, a well equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. All areas were spotlessly clean, with comfortable and modern decor and we were amazed with the space that you got for the money we paid. Excellent value! The location is great for getting around the city. I would highly recommend for a stay in Manchester.”

“Living here has been a very nice experience. The team in the building is always friendly and helpful — Haj and Tyler in particular have been great and always willing to assist. It’s clear that the staff genuinely listen to any issues we bring up and try to address them, which makes a big difference. The community events are a lovely way to meet people and feel more connected. One of the things I really enjoy is how much my dog loves it here — and the fact that everyone here seems to love her too is heartwarming. Overall, it’s a great place to live, though it would have been even better if the price was just a little more affordable.”

“Returned today to buy a marbled topped side table, the young man who served us had been extremely helpful. We bought a console a couple of weeks before and wanted a side table to match. He phoned around branches to locate one and also ordered another one from the warehouse so we could choose, as the marble tops were quite different. He was so courteous and extremely patient and a credit to your company.”

“This venue is absolutely incredible. I’ve now been to two weddings here and thoroughly enjoyed both. It’s a proper hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Saddleworth, you honestly wouldn’t expect it to be quite so impressive from the outside. Inside, the décor is tasteful, elegant, and beautifully thought out. There’s a stunning balcony that overlooks the main dining area, and the outdoor space is massive, perfect for weddings and, I imagine, other events too. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner. I ordered some drinks I wasn’t supposed to, but he handled it really politely and respectfully. It's easy as a business owner to become jaded and not speak to people as individuals or talk down to them, but he's obviously a good dude and gives people the benefit of the doubt.”
