“My husband was rushed to Salford Royal after a very bad fall. They did many MRI scans he had several fractures, broken ribs and other damage. Staff on the ICU were wonderful, we cannot thank them enough for the care they gave him and our family. Sadly he passed away after seven days. I know how hard it can be on nurses when they loose a patient. So thank you nurses on ICU 2”

“I personally think these reviews are really unfair. Me and my partner both have repeat prescriptions here and a few of the full time staff know our faces now and guess what, we are always courteous to them, so they’re always courteous to us. You get what you give I’m afraid. All the reviews that say that staff are abrupt and rude, I’ve lived here 5 years and used this pharmacy and no one has ever been rude or abrupt with me or my partner. The behaviour of patients I’ve witnessed in recent months has deteriorated so much. It’s the NHS, you’re not the only person that exists, sit down for 10 minutes and wait patiently, then say thank you, and have a nice day. How hard is that? I want to personally thank all the staff for their hard work and putting up with the behaviour of impatient and entitled people on a daily basis”

I never had any issue with the team and they agreed to every request I had. And in the move out time, I cleaned the property as best I could, they checked and noted that a few spot was missing so I cleaned and fixed thise spots and after that I received my deposit money in full in less than a week. Overall I was happy with the service they provided, and I believe if you are clean and responsible for the property you are renting they also respect and appreciate you.”
