“I have been wanting the Clairemont Way Fisherman Sandals for the past few months but couldn't get them online in a size 8. I thought I would go into a physical store to see if I got lucky. A male staff member said that they unfortunately only had a size 7.5 in stock. I assumed that it wasn't meant to be, but straight away, he said that he could make a call and see whether they have some in another store. Not only did they have my size available, but he sorted the order at the till to ensure that I could have the shoes delivered to my home address. I really appreciated how attentive he was in finding a solution so that I could get the pair of shoes that I wanted. I would definitely come here again. This was on Wednesday 30th July at 2:30pm.”

It's a bit of a journey in for us, about an hour if there's bad traffic (and traffic CAN be tricky on washway road sometimes) but we consider it to be worth it due to the positive experience had upon arrival. I can't stress enough how distressing haircuts were for him prior to finding this place and we gave up completely because it would always end in screaming, panicked, anxious sobbing. But once he had made up his own mind that he wanted to try a proper haircut - I couldn't recommend here enough as a perfect starting point to begin your child's haircutting journey/experience.”
