“I've just had a lovely experience in this store. I was looked after as soon as I walked into the store. Chloe fitted me up for a bra and she was lovely, really helpful and knowledgable. Even after my visit, I received a detailed follow up email with all the information I had requested, and Deivy reached out personally to ensure all my questions were answered. Although I did not find my dream watch on this occasion, the level of service and care I received from Deivy was exceptional. He exemplifies the highest standards of customer service, and I would highly recommend asking for him when visiting the store.”

“The children's clothing in monsoon is beautiful and the reason I was there although they didn't have the size I needed for the item I went for, the store is bigger than I was expecting, it was well laid out, it was a bit messy but they had black friday sales going on. Staff were well presented and polite. The store is fully accessible to wheelchairs and prams”
