“Chose Kwikfit to fit our new tyres on our Ford fiesta. The price they quoted over the phone was the price they charged on the day. Steven very friendly and helpful. 5 days later I had a puncture in one of my other tyres and AA had to fit my spare. Drove to kwikfit as luckily they are open til 8 on a Wednesday. I was advised the tyre was not repairable and again a quick tyre change and charged the price i was quoted. Then a few hours later I thought about checking all my tyres and noticed air was coming out of one when I tried to pump it up, back to kwikfit again and nothing was too much trouble. They pumped all tyres up for me and did this free of charge! Excellent service for all 3 times I’ve been there this week!”

“Just want to say a big thanks to all at F1 Autocentre Gambrel Road Northampton for sorting out the heating issue on my Nissan Juke. Following a thermostat housing replacement on 20th November I noticed that the heating in the car was not getting hot, due to the car being used for getting to work and back, I was not able to report it for a few days, I took my other car in on 26th November for its MOT and whilst there mentioned the heating issue, the guy on the desk suggested there was air in the system and for me to remove the cap from the expansion tank and run it for a while to expel the air. However despite my best efforts this did not work so took the car back to F1 on Saturday 29th November for it to be looked at, same guy on desk said earliest it could be looked at was 5 days later, after me saying that this was not acceptable as the system should have been purged of air at the time of the initial thermostat replacement he then agreed for it to be looked at then. After much work by 3 guys approx couple of hours to expel the air, they managed to get the heating working efficiently. They also apologised for the inconvenience of having the problem as the system should have been purged of air at the initial repair. So bit of a moan but cannot fault the service I received from the guys that sorted it (sorry didn't get any names) so big shout out to these guys, you sorted it in the end”
