“After a very long and painful day of delayed trains, our connecting coach to Cambridge was nowhere to be found. Our only sign of hope was food. I noticed Favorita, which was completely now to me. The staff made the fastest, best looking and delicious pepperoni pizza for us and upgraded the size as they could see I'd had a crappy day. Guys that pizza was fantastic, thank you!”

“Tried the XXXL pizza and wow, this pizza is massive. Got cheese and tomato on one half & hot honey pepperoni on the other. Also tried the potato wedges which were good. Oreo milkshake is good too. We were greeted nicely when we came and they even offered to carry our food to our car as we had quite a lot of boxes. Also, it’s halal which is great! Thank you!!”

He resolved the complaint very quickly and made sure I was satisfied with the solution. It's rare to see such great customer service these days. “Popped into curry's riverside Northampton branch 2193, been in multiple shops looking for looking for air duster. The website assured me they were in stock. I walked around for a bit and realised nothing was on the shelf and started to leave as I was turning to leave an assistant was there and said "sir you look lost can I help you" I explained to him I've been many shops for this item... he pulled out his device and assured me that they had two in stock. The exact number i was after. And boy did he search... 10 minutes later he come back hot and bother gleaming with delight that he had found the two stock items. I didnt catch his name but after he took me to the till and checked me out the name on the receipt says assistant 15 BESTIN so if bestin is your name thank you what an asset to this company you are! You made my miserable search worth while and I salute you. Legend”

“The best delivery experience I’ve ever had, thanks to Kaviny and George. They went out of their way to deliver my large Bosch fridge-freezer and provided a level of professionalism, friendliness and care that genuinely stood out. My garage was full, and they took the time to help me move items safely so the fridge could fit through and be brought into the kitchen without any issues. I wish every delivery team operated to this standard. Their hard work deserves recognition. 10/10 – highly recommended.”

“After moving to Rushden in the summer, finding a good Chinese takeaway was a must. We found Dragon City on the second attempt and the food is excellent. It is always delivered quickly and piping hot when it arrives. I am not a fan of sweet and sour chicken as a rule, but their way of dicing it into cubes, before deep frying and stirring through the sweet and sour is fantastic. The black bean sauce is rich, although I would like some more flavour of black bean, and the Chow Mein is delicious. I've tried around 7 or 8 takeaways around Wellingborough and Rushden and this is, in my opinion, pretty good.”

“The pizza I ordered initially wasnt great but on my complaint to the management, another hot fresh pizza was delivered at my doorstep to compensate!! Staff was super nice and welcomed the feedback. The order included a half pounder burger which was phenomenal. Definitely ordering from them again as great service!”

“Only discovered Millies munchies online the other day and have ordered 4 times so far, I never normally leave reviews but this place deserves it! The food arrived quick and hot, everything is just banging, the chips are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, everything is cooked perfect, the portions are exactly what you would expect. Most of all, the variety is amazing, I have not seen any other local food establishment offering some of the flavours and combinations these guys offer, it's refreshing to see and everything tastes amazing. Keep up the good work and word of advice for the future, never fall into the trap of using cheaper ingredients to save money, so many food establishments lose custom because of this, keep this level of quality up and you will have many customers for life!”

“Flip me (Fifty Shades Darker styl-ee), £2 7in pepperoni Pizza or 2 mor toppings and a drink for £3. Went into Northampton Shop on Wellingborough Rd., mile or less East of centre. Near to my sisters house, so I will definitely​ be coming hear again. Bit shady on the tomatoe base but plenty of cheese and base well cooked and toppings good. I would suggest you guys introduce some form of sweet tomatoes as fresh tomatoes don't have strong flavour. Manager is friendly and helpful, doesn't speak like English is his 1st language but he will understand more complex communications like complaints if you explain yourself, and oversees his staff​ to make sure service is top notch.”
