It was our 1st trip and I am sorry ladies I cannot remember your names but you were informative and very kind to my old girl Gracie as well to all other visitors in the store. Quality items and a wide range of treats, food, toys and accessories.”

“We have always had excellent help, advice and care from the receptionists, nurses and vets @ Abington Park Vets. They have cared for our dogs, rabbits and one of our gerbils. We usually use the Moulton surgery where parking is easier. Dr Hay was so good with our 2 rabbits yesterday.”

“Love this store! The staff are so friendly, helpful and full of knowledge, and the shop has a great range of stuff! The new location in Newport Pagnell is a little confusing to find at first, but easy once you've done it before. Highly recommend a visit here if you need any goodies for you dog (or other pets).”

“I am so grateful for this place. The staff are so nice, some of the most understanding people I have ever spoken with. Really professional, helpful and reassuring. A special shout out to Dr. Toby Hay, he's been absolutely brilliant with my poorly cat Boba and has really made me feel like I chose the best options for him. I can't thank all of the staff that have helped me so far.”

“I just wanted to acknowledge the amazing experience we had with Acorn House recently when our little dog Bailey had to have eye surgery and a dental scale and polish. The day of the surgery was positive and well managed and we had our boy home quickly. Unfortunately he was anxious and unsettled afterwards and managed to get his stitch out. All staff were amazing, patient and very helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend.”

“Great you can take your dog in,all staff seem very friendly and knowledgeable, may seem a little expensive compared to Supermarkets, however they stock different more specialised brands.”

“Always friendly, always helpful. A great selection of food, treats and accessories for pets. The staff are always nice, and genuinely there to help. Parking is generally simple right outside the door. Prices are often better than the large chains and quality is great. If you are nearby you should consider visiting.for your pet needs. Our dogs and cats are happy.”

“These have been our vets since we first got our Chocolate Labrador Willow in 2014 as a puppy and throughout our time using them, they have been amazing. Not only did we use them for our usual check ups and vaccination boosters, but we used them for Willows operations including spaying and recently for lumpectomies, and they have been great! Recently we used them for support with exporting Willow to our new home in Dubai and they have been so so supportive with all the documentation requirements, often having to do things multiple times due to unclear instructions from the export agent, but every time they have been friendly, professional and proactive in their timings on providing updated documents. I would highly highly recommend Companion Care Vets Bedford to anyone!!”

“I have always been given very good service at the practice and wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. The vets and nurses are very friendly and efficient and they always explain everything to me. I would recommend Willows to anyone who wants a good place to take their animals for treatment.”

“Lovely staff, always have my persecriptions ready on time with no issues Thank you”

Honestly cannot fault them at all. Would never want to change to a different regardless of where I'm living. They deserve a medal!!!”
