“We held our wedding reception here in July. Roy and Paula (and the rest of the team!) went over and beyond to make our wedding perfect. Due to various reasons we used the White Hart last minute, and they really were great. Let us in the night before and stayed open until the early hours letting us decorate, let us move around their whole pub to create the atmosphere we wanted, gave us some great drink deals for our reception, helped us with our buffet and really just went over and beyond - Roy even wore a pink tie to match our colour scheme! Thank you so much, really would recommend to anyone wanting to host an event in Shefford.”

The staff are very welcoming and always have time for you, they talk to you and are polite at all times, if you feel that something is hurting they will stop the treatment and wait until your happy for them to continue. “Access is from the staircase at the back by the waterside. Freshly renovated with a rather pinky look inside. Tastefully done though. You can reserve a table online if you wish.. Plenty of friday evening entertainment with live singers. A large spacious area with lots of seating. A dance floor too. Outdoor seating for warmer nights with nice views. Its not just for youngsters, there seems to be a mixed age range inside which is nice to see. VERY nice cocktails. Service was quick. Do choose carefully on the food menu, I'd say they were more warm snacks than actual large plated meals.”

“Me, my husband, our 4 young children and our pooch really enjoyed our lunch at this warming village pub. There was a lovely beer garden outback perfect for our dog, with a climbing frame and slide for the kids. We ordered 2 adult mains and dessert, and 3 childrens meals with icecream which cost us less than £25 (drinks an extra £16) the woman who served us was very polite and helpful. We would defenatly recommend and we will certainly be back the next time we're visiting the village.”
