She helped me sort out one pair by fitting a liner and also choosing the correct size for another pair. “These guys were fantastic fitted myself for my wedding suit, made me feel comfortable in choosing a suit and were more than happy to run around grabbing different types and colours and helping me put them on (as new to wearing suits). Lovely friendly staff and lots of choice even though quite a small shop so don't be put off. Hired the suit for the wedding got lots of compliments and we're more than happy to change things to suit my needs. And was a very good price Would happily use again.”

“The Trickers shoes and boots speak for themselves. I would like to praise their customer service team . I hate technology , emails and ordering things online. I got in contact with Trickers asking for a new shoe box . I was told to email their customer service team with my request . Every part of the process was easy . I then emailed the customer service team with my request , and confirming what I actually wanted and who to post it to . I get stressed buying things online . So when the shopping experience is easy , executed efficiently and the team actually read my requests ( demands ) You get a very very happy customer. Thank you for everything you have done for me .”

“Such an amazing place! First time going and the woman who cut my hair was so nice and helpful with getting a hair cut I actually loved even though it wasn't what I originally went in for. Never got her name but she had long spiked up blonde hair on top with sides shaved, an amazing hairdresser I'm 100% revisiting.”

“Love this store and whenever we are in MK i try to visit. They have such beautiful furniture… expensive yes but some unique pieces that you just can’t find elsewhere. Unfortunately my last visit the downstairs where they had the sale items, the lights were switched off so we couldn’t really see anything. But I’m sure if we would have asked the sales adviser he would have switched them on. Staff always very helpful.”

“Our shower head broke which was still under warranty and fitted by another local company who refused to help without charging us an obscene amount just to come and have a look. We went to this beautiful showroom and chatted to the friendly and helpful staff all of whom went out of their way to help us. Ten minutes later had been sold a replacement shower head and the chap came and fitted that same afternoon. Outstanding service. These are now our go to for replacement of our bathrooms. “I was looking for an idler pulley for Chrysler 440 and could only find it in USA for silly money, with shipping costs and long delays. After much searching I found the part available from Topspeed Automotive at a fraction of the price. I ordered this part, half expecting there to be a long delay, and to my delight it turned up a couple of days later. Fantastic service, I'm very impressed and would defiantly recommend them.”

Totally dumbfounded, this young lad jumped to my rescue, when he could hear me asking a random, reluctant stranger, for use of his. This young man, sorting trollies, didn't want to see me stranded, he said. I'm very grateful to him. His whole demeanor was friendly and helpful. B and Q had hired well. As for my hubby, being a man if a certain age, he had gone to find a public convenience. Men!!”

“B&M home Store is located out the centre of town on the london road. set on the old st johns goods station yard there is good parking. spaces can be on the tight side with a few disabaled parking spaces by the Store. If you use b&m you will know what they sell with the aisles being a bit tight getting around when the staff are restocking the shelfs the carpark is shared by other nearby stores”

“I visited Northampton River Island in Grosvenor Center on 4th June 2024 and a lady named Mahpara served me. She is an incredible person, so friendly , customer focused and very polite. She helped me to buy correct size of the outfit and even helped me to style it. I am a shopaholic , and have visited many stores in England , but never had met a person who treats clients with so much respect and kindness. Whenever I am in Northampton and visit river island , Mahpara makes my shopping experience hassle free. “Nice place, easy to manoeuvre around. Always parking spaces outside as it's on a retail park. A toilet upstairs, and a lift is available for customer use. A small cafe upstairs too selling hot and cold food. Busiest times seem to be Saturdays... Many tills so service always seems to be fast..”
