The shop went above and beyond (and even found me on Facebook to get in contact) to get the new seat and hood in for me. I’ve also just purchased from them, the most amazing quality drawers and wardrobe for my babies nursery in the sale! They are friendly, knowledgeable, have great stock and I would 100% recommend.”

They had a really good selection of prom dresses of varying price and a one school per dress policy. We may not have purchased our dress from here but I would highly recommend visiting. Beckie made my daughter feel very special, gave us non alcoholic bubbly upon arrival and gave lots of advice to help my daughter make her final decision.”

It's an Aladdin's cave of all things cool and their selection of Oakley sunglasses is astonishing. The friendly and warm reception you get from Ian & Duncan is brilliant and advice given with regards to technical demands for lenses etc is marvellous. I have never been let down! “I had done a small Tri and wanted to improve my bike time, so I went to tri harder for advice on whether to buy some new wheels and aero bars for my nice road bike, (I thought a TT bike would be over my budget). Ben advised me on many different options and even offered to set up a TT bike for me to try. I am not very flexible and 62. Amazingly i was able to get comfortable, fairly aero and maintain power. I had a strict budget, but was able to buy an Argon 18 with DT swiss wheels. Ben did an amazing bike fit, and i am able to go back for adjustments as I get used to it (all part of the deal). Nothing was too much trouble. Ben and his team were extremely helpful and patient, always giving me great advice. My new bike has made a huge difference: it's much quicker, more fun and way cooler than any of my other bikes.”

“I bought some Aylesham boots for riding. Best boots I’ve ever had. I hesitated because they are expensive but they Fit perfectly, hardly any wearing in, no blisters. Warm and comfortable and look great. I always have trouble finding long boots to fit but these are perfect. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Hope they don’t discontinue them for when I need to order another pair.”

“Absolutely love Skechers. Just got my fifth pair, blue court &classics 1992. Always good quality, and very comfy. I was about to leave a 4 star rating because of delivery time, but ok, I will give you a 5 star. You can get them next day from Amazon, but I ordered from skechers website, and it took 12 days to deliver (8 working days). Good thing was that after adding all coupons and discounts, I got £20 off. So I only paid £55 for £75 pair. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Hotter Shoes Norwich. After visiting many shoe shops in Norwich, happened upon Hotter Shoes. What fantastic service. Nothing was too much trouble. The shoes my wife chose were not in stock in black so was offered the same in brown to try. They fitted perfectly so the salesperson ordered for them to be delivered to our home address and at no extra cost. We shall return.”
